Reliable pick-up at the riad and also return to the riad - Meaningfully structured tour: Early (but not too early) start, enough time to explore the entire old town plus a stop, arrival back in Fez in time for dinner; plus a short stop for toileting, legs crossed, etc. - Very friendly and helpful driver (Imad)

It's 4 hours drive from and to Fes, you'd only be spending time for around 4 hours in the area but the views were amazing on the way there so we definitely enjoyed our day trip to Chefchaouen, highly recommend!

Driver was on time and super friendly. Van was very comfy and air-conditioned. Loved the stops for photos and tea, really made the trip enjoyable. Free time in Chefchaouen was perfect. Everything ran smoothly, highly recommend!

From booking to drop-off everything was smooth. Driver was professional and polite, van was clean and comfy. The views on the way were stunning and the stops were a nice surprise. Felt very safe the whole trip. Chefchaouen itself was magical, loved every minute!

Booked with them on Viator and it was the right choice. Hotel pickup in Fez was on time, comfortable car with AC, and a very professional driver. The stops on the way were well chosen and not rushed. Chefchaouen was amazing and we had enough free time to enjoy it. For the service and organization, the price is very good. I would definitely recommend reserving with them on Viator

It was fine. They got me from point A to point B and back safely which was all I was really looking for. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that one of the guides that came with us on the drive kept trying to sell me stuff. Even after I told him I wasn’t interested and walked away he walked up to me a couple minutes later and tried selling me stuff again. When I told him to leave me alone he told me he would if I gave him money. I expect this kind of behavior from regular people on the street but for a guide to do this was super unprecedented and unprofessional.

I left Fez at 8, the driver already in front of the hotel, super punctual. The van was cool, comfortable, zero noise. We stopped at Lake Sidi Chahed... wow, crazy view for a quick tea. When we arrived at Chefchaouen I took a local guide (kind and not stressful) and then some free time to tour alone. Quiet return with a coffee break. All simple, easy, no mess. Honestly, top service for such a long trip
