It's a hike from the ship to the meeting point if you have elderly or handicaps. The tour was awesome great staff very friendly. I would recommend this group for a fun filled day in the sun.

This tour was not as promoted. We were told transport would be a comfortable van and the hotel pick up was in a nice van but we were switched at the port into an uncomfortable large bus with dirty windows that rattled so much we thought they would fly out any minute. The driver had trouble with the gears and shifting giving us a lurching ride, which was very far out of PV, onto a dusty single track road. While the tequila was good, we didn’t see any type of production or agave farm, just went right to the tasting. IMO, it was just a way to get us to a location with only one food option which was overpriced, not hot when served and not well prepared. The coffee factory was a collection of small shops, one selling coffee. It was a long, uncomfortable day that would have been better spent at the resort. Better to skip it.

The whole tour was good the explanation was excellent, some places do not explain anything just you get to buy and the price is very high, the tasting of the tequila was excellent but the Service of the restaurant weighed if you do not consume the food that has a cost around 1200 Mexican pesos do not let you enter even to have a drink take you off the table as if your money is not worth there...

Well organized tour with good communication. The tour guide knew how to avoid crowds, traffic and max our touring time. The van was clean, comfortable and roomy. We had great time at the Tequila tasting with NO pressure on shopping. He allowed us to go more sightseeing, photos instead of shopping. Thank you for his outstanding service.

Ramone was our tour guide. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He allowed us to customize our tour to include the Taquilla Factory, Coffee Factory, lunch, tattoos for my nephews, shopping at the boardwalk and drove us back to the Cruise Ship Terminal. He was informative in geography and historical points of interest. Our entire family really enjoyed his company. We highly recommend Ramone!!

Had a great experience with Salvador our tour guide the driver and photographer defines enjoyed it the only thing thats keeping me for giving the 5 Stars is that the company was Late booking time was supposed to be at 10am they didnt get to pick up point around 10:30. Thank you

Our guide Erik made our trip amazing. He is awesome, kind and fun. He showed us sights of Puerto Vallarta we have never seen in all our visits to PV.

This was a nice tour our guide Adam was great and knowledgeable we walked the mailcon he talked about the history of the street and the purpose of the area. We did a brief stop in the romantic zone and then off to a lunch in the mountains and tequila tasting The stop in the romantic zone was at a jewelry store over priced and your trapped in there the sales people are pretty pushy but we have experienced worse other places. The lunch was great and inexpensive for what you got. The tequila tasting could have been avoided He talked as fast as he could and poured as fast as he could to get to the selling part. Over all a great 1st tour of the area if you have not been to puerto Vallarta before if you know what to expect and are not easily parted with your money.

Don't waste your money! Absolutely the worst you visit overpriced jewelry shop, and you end up with a very overpriced lunch that is not included.

We went on a tour with Luis and visited Marino and Marino Jewelry, Cafe Hacienda and tequila tasting and tour. Luis was a very informative tour guide and was very pleasant answering all of our questions. We will look for him when we come back to Mexico!!
