Verrà la Nostra Guida a prendervi nel vostro hotel/Alloggio, per accompagnarvi nel lato Sud del vulcano Etna il più grande e attivo d'Europa, ci fermeremo a quota 2000 MT presso i vulcani Silvestre da lì volendo, si può proseguire con Funivia e Jeep fino a quota massima di 2700 MT (NON COMPRESA NEL PREZZO)dove sarete accompagnati con guide alpine esperte hai crateri sommitali! Siamo la compagnia Turistica che segue fin dall'inizio il cliente " Renderemo unica l'escursione sull' Etna. Itinerario
L'escursione: raggiunta la prima sommità a quota 2000 Mt presso i crateri Silvestri si può decidere di visitare gli stessi crateri, senza alcun costo ulteriore( i crateri sono due in trekking con quote 2000Mt e 2100 Mt seguite dalle nostre guide) oppure si può decidere di salire a quota 3200Mt e visitare i crateri sommitali, per raggiungere questi ultimi bisogna pagare un ticket, con l'uso di funicolare prima e poi in jeep fino a 3000 Mt poi ancora si raggiungeranno 3300 Mt in tracking. Chi decide di optare i 3200 Mt sarà assegnato a guide Alpine specializzate. La durata è di circa 5 ore per entrambe le scelte!
Dalla partenza all'arrivo in Etna troveremo e ci fermeremo nella citta di Zafferana dove esiste la possibilitaì di visitare sia la Cattedrale che anche la terrazza Duomo con stupendo Panorama, possibilita' di assaggiare delle prelibatezze al volo.

Tour guide canceled due to not enough participants. Contacted me two days before scheduled tour. No time to rebook.
Too bad the customer doesn't tell the truth! It was notified three days in advance with the hope of having more people in a very low season! The customer can cancel them 24 hours in advance if they want! The lie has short legs! and also the time....
The minibus broke, we were left to wander around alone while the guide was trying to mend the bus. When I asked for a partial refund for the service that we did not receive, he told us he did not plan the bus to be broken, so we could only dream about the refund. The worst experience of a day trip!
As already ascertained by TripAdvisor, the lady in question only knows how to lie!! It's true that we had a problem with the minibus we bought in May of this year NEW, but it's also true that Promptly they all got on Etna without problems and with the guide at their side! I only hear now that they were wandering alone! I understand the hassle of the Minibus lasting only three/four minutes! Maybe the lady wanted the Free Tour?... read the reviews before writing falsehoods.... Have a good evening...
It was a wonderful experience that enriched our trip to Sicily. Marcello is a great storyteller who immediately managed to immerse us in the history of the landscapes we saw with his never banal words and stories. He is also very nice and super helpful as well as being a very interesting person. He is the real added value of the Tour. The offer price is also Super! You won't find better at a lower (or even higher) price. We left fully satisfied.
