Questa escursione sul versante sud dell Etna permette di visitare il vulcano attivo piu alto d'Europa assaporando colori , sapori ,storia e mito . Raggiungeremo i crateri Silvestri , potrai visitare due crateri creati nel 1892 da un eruzione dell'Etna che durò quasi sei mesi . Il cratere più in alto 2020 metri , si chiama Silvestri superiore , mentre quello piu in basso si chiama cratere Silvestro inferiore a quota 1886 metri. Very relaxed walk through previos lava flows. Need more excitement take the gondola! Guide was very knowledgeable and paced according to oir group.

We had the best guide Lorenzo. He had great knowledge of the volcano wonderful sence of humor,and knowledge of the area. He took us to a wonderful winery that had a nice little tasting room and snack area the food was the best along with the wine. This was by far our best time on our vacation. He was the best. So glad friends suggested Viator to us.
