The guide was very professional, kind, and attentive to us. We explored and visited a part of Lille; the scenery was beautiful, and we were able to swim to cool off, which was adapted to our experience.

We had a very frustrating experience with this hiking provider in Ibiza, mainly due to how they handled clearly unfavorable weather conditions and customer concerns. Already the day before the tour, the forecast predicted rain and relatively low temperatures (around 18°C). We reached out in advance to ask whether the hike could be rescheduled or canceled, given that hiking in these conditions would significantly impact the experience. Despite this, the provider insisted the tour would take place. On the day itself, it was raining throughout the morning and remained cold until midday. While the guide mentioned they could adjust the route for safety, this completely misses the point: customers don’t book a hiking tour just for “safe conditions,” but for an enjoyable experience. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility. Unlike other providers in the area who reportedly canceled under similar conditions, there was no willingness to offer a refund, partial refund, or even a rescheduling option. This felt less like a customer-focused service and more like a rigid “no matter what” policy, regardless of whether the experience delivered any real value. Future customers should be aware: this provider may proceed with tours even in poor weather conditions, and you may not be offered any flexibility if the experience is negatively affected. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this tour unless you are fully prepared to go hiking regardless of weather and accept the risk of losing your money.
We are sorry to read your feedback, but we must clarify that several statements in your review are inaccurate. First, regarding the weather: while there was light rain earlier in the morning, conditions improved, and it was not raining at the time of the activity in the area where the hike was planned. As professional guides, we always adapt routes based on real-time conditions to ensure both safety and enjoyment. The alternative route offered was not a downgrade, but one of our most popular and highly rated experiences. Second, flexibility was offered. The original start time was 11:00 AM, which we proactively delayed to 12:00 PM to accommodate the weather. When you requested additional time, we further extended the meeting time to 12:30 PM. Despite this, we waited at the meeting point until 1:00 PM, and you did not arrive. Third, regarding the experience itself: hiking is an outdoor activity, and weather conditions are part of the experience. A temperature of 18°C is generally considered mild, especially for an active hike, and far from extreme conditions. Finally, it is important to clarify that you ultimately chose not to attend the activity, despite agreeing by phone to come to the meeting point. The tour was ready to operate, and the guide was present and waiting. We always aim to provide a high-quality experience and remain transparent in our communication. We believe our records and the flexibility provided reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
We did a hike with Marc. He was excited to show the other side of Ibiza. He certainly did. We did an easy-medium walk but it was still quite tough. If you can't stand heights, it was still a challenge sometimes. But we enjoyed it. A lot of walking, climbing and also swimming. And that in November. It was delicious. Nice ctivitite if you want to get out and enjoy the nature Ibiza has to offer

We had a brilliant time wih Donavan hiking to the nature pools on the north part of the island. It was the highlight of our trip. It was just enough challenge for our 2 active boys aged 12 and 14.

First of all, it’s a no-brainer not to book with this company, all the positive reviews and 5-star ratings say it all! I told Donovan that if I could give him 10 🌟, I would, since 5 is the maximum allowed. He already has mine. The photos from the hiking experience blew me away, and I really wanted to do it. However, some of them made me a little nervous about the type of hike, and since it was my first day in Ibiza, I preferred something a bit less risky. Donovan completely tailored the experience to what I was looking for. He was right on time for our hotel pick-up, incredibly professional, super friendly, and even acted as our personal photographer! My husband and I had a wonderful time, and the photos speak for themselves. Thank you, Donovan, for the incredible memories!
