Il Minh Mang è una delle tombe imperiali più interessanti di Hue. Imperatore Minh Mang (1820 - 1841) Aveva progettato di costruirsi una tomba già nel 1826. La tomba di Minh Mang è rinomata per la sua architettura, che si inserisce armoniosamente nel paesaggio circostante. Come in altre tombe di questo periodo, gli elementi generali dell'architettura tombale sono: mura esterne, tripla porta (Porta Tam Quan), Salutation Court, Stele House, templi, laghi, padiglioni, giardini e la tomba stessa.
La tomba di Tu Duc è uno dei complessi più belli tra le tombe della dinastia Nguyen. Incastonata in una lussureggiante pineta, questa tomba è l'ultima dimora dell'Imperatore: Tu Duc (1848-83) che ebbe il regno più lungo di tutti gli imperatori della dinastia Nguyen.
Tomba di Khai Dinh che governò 1916-1925, la costruzione della tomba fu iniziata nel 1920 e durò 11 anni. L'architettura di questa tomba è la più criticata di tutte le tombe della dinastia Nguyen. Le pareti sono densamente decorate - quasi paragonabili allo stile Rokkoko - con intarsi di elaborati disegni in vetro e porcellana. Il pavimento è ricoperto di piastrelle con decenti motivi floreali, il soffitto è dipinto con nove draghi in sottili nuvole fugaci.

HOA was a fantastic guide. He was so knowledgeable about the history and stories of the Royal Family besides being so helpful in so many ways. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!! If we return to Hue we would definitely do another tour with HOA!!!
Tour-no guided tour Our driver, Mr Trung, was very nice. His English was fluent but often difficult to understand. We received no information from him about the royal tombs as such. But he modified the tour because my wife could not climb the steps to the King's Tomb XII.

The Service works perfectly, they communicate with you at all times and give oago facilities. We did two private car tours, the first day visiting three tombs+citadel+pagoda, and the second a transfer from Hue to Hoi An visiting along the way Lagoon, Marble Mountains and Lady Buddha, and passing through Hai Van Pass. I can only say that our driver Sam is THE BEST. He is very polite, super professional, a very trained person, great driver, and speaks English in an enviable way. He gave us tips for visits and was patient and super friendly. At the end of the first day we told him to wish he was our second day driver too and it was a pleasant surprise to learn that he was. Of the best drivers we've had on all our trips. In addition the car is very clean, with bottles of water and perfect air conditioning. Thank you very much to Sam for enriching our trip, I wish him all the best in life, that pleasure to meet people like that ❤️

Trung was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it for your visit in Hue. He he brought us to a charming coffee shop in the morning before we got on the road, try coconut coffee delicious ! The car was clean and comfortable.
We arrived late at night in Hué and had a clear schedule for the next day. It was raining so we booked a private driver for a tour of the Royal Tombs and Pagode. And what a driver! Hòa (our driver) was amazing! Smooth driving, friendly and kind and has a great knowledge of the city and its history. Hòa not only guided us through the different kings of the dynasty and their contexts but also gave us hints on places to go and shared local stories and anecdotes of the places we were driving through. We had a really fun time with him and learned a lot. A great memory for our honeymoon. Can't recommend highly enough Hòa and the company that made this last minute tour possible.
Great way to see the tombs. Super informative driver too. Really great to get the tour done early when there are few tourists around.
