The restaurant is smaller than the hotel’s absorbent capacity and we’ve got to look back in time Low number of staff No front desk at the door or valley The furniture is too old and even bed and covers The bathrooms are very old, the banks, the wallets are very leakable, the councillors are so old they are all clusters After 10 o'clock the staff collects towels from guests !!!! While most of the action is the evening to appoint a nightly butler, for example! The food is myriad and crowded at the restaurant and you’re waiting in line because of its limited portions
Upon receiving the car from the hotel, it was damaged. The car was handed over and a tip was requested without even mentioning that it was damaged. When we noticed, we went back to the hotel and found no one interested in the issue. Even communication with the person who received the car was not pursued. This was utterly unprofessional and discourteous behavior
I remember that nice day when I visit this hotel and spa in Maen I recommend visiting it its near of dead sea
