The driver was over an hour late to our hotel - we had to call around to figure out what was going on. It says 'Private Transportation' but it was a full car - so definitely not private. More than half the inclusions had conditions e.g. camel ride but not on the dunes - you had to pay extra for that. We also waited over 2 hours in the sun for the dune bashing - which was not in the hummer as per what the ad says 'Dune bashing at high red sand dune in Hummer' it was in a normal 4 wheel drive. The driver also did not want to bring the hummer onto the sand for photos because it would ruin the car. Overall the Ad was a complete lie and we were really disappointed.
We had the pleasure of having Afzal Asadullah as our driver for the desert safari, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, humble, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Afzal ensured our comfort at every step and went out of his way to take care of our needs. His friendly nature and professionalism added so much value to the overall experience. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, safe, and enjoyable desert safari!
Excellent Guide and Driver! We had a fantastic experience with Afzal Asadullah. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His insights made each stop more meaningful, and his driving was safe and smooth throughout. The car was clean and comfortable, and he went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended!
Mr. Omar did very good job and my family had enjoyed a lot. We did dune bashing, bike ride, belly dance, fire show & food..... Thnks ❤️
