I found Freddy through a website to book tours that would also include a Machu Picchu ticket, as I stupidly waited too long to book those tickets for access to the citadel and was worried about securing them before our rapidly approaching trip. When I spoke with Freddy about my worries of getting tickets to Machu Picchu, he inquired about our travel plans and assured me that I didn’t need his help to just get access to Machu, and to just call him if we wanted a tour. Freddy voluntarily turning down the expensive package I had already booked (out of desperation) made it clear he truly just wanted to help us and wasn’t trying to pressure us into booking with him. I could tell he was a good dude. Long story short, he was the first and only person I called for a tour once we secured tickets to Machu Picchu, because I had very much appreciated his candid honesty and courtesy. We met Freddy at the entry to Machu Picchu for our tour, and we were given an expertly guided experience of Machu Picchu. He was on time and ready to go as soon as we were able to enter. For people who speak very poor spanish, it was very helpful to have Freddy with us who fluently spoke english. He gave us a very intimate and special tour of the citadel that we will never forget! He gave us tons of insight into the history, and culture of the space, while also talking broadly about life and he really made the abstract past tangible for us. Thank you, Freddy! We’re already talking about coming to Cusco to have Inca Soul show us even more amazing Peruvian and Incan history and culture!

Machu Picchu was a childhood dream. From the lessons on the ancient civilizations of the Americas, I carried with me the desire to know this incredible place, without imagining that I would be able to realize it more than 40 years later. This year, as part of my project to run marathons in the main capitals of South America, I participated in the Lima Marathon and took advantage of the trip to finally visit Machu Picchu. I planned everything on my own, but when I went to buy the tickets for the desired date, I found out they were exhausted. With tickets, accommodations and trains already booked, I was pretty worried. That’s when I found Inca Soul Tours and I met Fredy. From the first contact via WhatsApp, he demonstrated professionalism, attention and an enormous willingness to help. Even suspicious at first, as a good Brazilian, I quickly realized that I was dealing with a serious and committed person. Thanks to Fredy, I got my tickets and had an unforgettable experience. Guido’s guide was also exceptional, turning the visit into a true journey through the history of the Incas. In addition, I had an important logistical challenge: leaving Machu Picchu and arriving at Cusco airport on time for my flight. Once again, Fredy took care of everything. Upon arriving at Poroy station, Wilson was already waiting for me to ensure my transfer with peace and safety. In the end, it all worked out. It was only then that I met Fredy personally, already at the airport, and I was sure that he was in front of an integral, honest, helpful and extremely friendly person. My thanks to Fredy, Guido, Wilson and the entire Inca Soul Tours team. They didn’t just organize a trip; they helped realize a dream that I’ve carried since childhood. Our day in Machu Picchu with Inca soul was very well organized all the logistics was perfect the bus the taxi the train.
