Tenuto su un tetto sereno vicino a Hawa Mahal, la sessione di 90 minuti fonde posture yoga tradizionali (asana) e pranayama (tecniche di respirazione) adatte a tutti i livelli. Con trasferimenti in hotel inclusi e una rilassante sessione di tè e biscotti dopo la lezione, questa è un'introduzione calda e personalizzata all'antica saggezza yoga dell'India da parte di un insegnante locale di fiducia.

I shared a private yoga experience within his home on the rooftop. It was a great experience. Great view. I felt breathwork was the focus. I learned a lot. Met the family afterwards had tea and a biscuit.

Our yoga lessons at Ashok were a great asset for us! He's a great yoga teacher. We were able to take a great deal of his spiritual experience with us. The chai after yoga class, cooked by Ashok's wife, is the very best ever.

Rooftop Yoga was lovely. Professional teacher and authentic surroundings created experience I and my daughter will remenber long time. After the yoga we get to meet family members and had tee together. We higly recommend this activity.
