Lo yoga è un viaggio tanto fisico quanto spirituale. Aiuto i miei studenti a sviluppare le loro pratiche per la guarigione profonda, la trasformazione e, soprattutto, il rilassamento. Attraverso sequenze consapevoli che enfatizzano l'allineamento e la sincronizzazione del respiro e del movimento, gli studenti di tutti i livelli sono incoraggiati a trovare ed esprimersi con la loro pratica. Il nostro obiettivo di ispirare gli altri ci rende particolarmente consapevoli dei diversi livelli e bisogni degli studenti, incoraggiandoli con delicati aggiustamenti. Oltre ad essere un imprenditore, sono uno studente serio della vita che mira ad espandere la mia mentalità e ad attuare abitudini di pensiero sane attraverso l'apprendimento della consapevolezza e l'eccellenza.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Practicing yoga on sand proved to be even more fulfilling than I had imagined. Must be the great outdoors which has a direct relationship with how we feel. Thanks to Damian's guidance, I tapped into my inner peace for a blissful hour at my own pace. The class offered varying degrees of difficulty for each pose, and Damian ensured that everyone felt comfortable and confident, regardless of their skill level. It was an incredible experience that left a lasting impression. Thank you for sharing your wisdom in yoga and meditation.

Damian was fantastic! We chose a perfect spot for our session, and the weather was gorgeous. He provided clear, helpful instructions for pose transitions. Everything you need, you already have...
The location and view of the ocean and the city is unbeatable. This helped me relax even more. I am a beginner and although there were others at a more advanced level, the instructor guided me through the whole routine which made me feel very comfortable. The tea session at the end allows everyone to interact in a very chill way. Unique experience

Damien did a great job making class clear and accessible for everyone. The pose variations from beginner to advanced allowed me to go deep in postures I'm more comfortable with n take it easy in those that are more challenging for me. Really enjoyed realigning and reconnecting with my body and nature.
