Our family visited the big island in June. Our 12 and 14 year olds wanted to take a surf lesson and dad joined. Charles was a great instructor! They ended up being out on the water for about 2 hours, which was plenty. Price was reasonable. They had a great time, learned the basics, and left with wonderful memories. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience for me and my 3 sons. Arie, Charles, Daniel, and Zal were all great. We are all pretty much beginners, and with their help, we were able to catch our first waves in no time. Not only were they helpful with instruction and tips, but they were all great to talk to while waiting for the next wave. One of the best things we have done on this trip, and we are even looking to book again before we return if we can squeeze it in. Thanks for a great day surfing!

This was a great surf experience. The girls learned fast and really loved their time with Aerie and Charles. Highly recommend.

So fun we did it twice! Our instructors were attentive and helpful. They took great care of our would-be surfers! The locale for novice surfers was perfect. Everyone got up on their boards multiple times! Thank you to all of our instructors!

My daughter wanted a lesson for her 18th birthday. The location was perfect for beginners. Joe told her exactly what was going to take place and out they went. He taught her the basics and then let her go as he watched for waves that she could ride on. I had read reviews saying the instructors just sits there and do nothing. I think this isn’t all fair. They are watching and waiting to give the go ahead to the surfer. It’s a sport of great patience and the ocean will do what it wants and when. I have to say that it is the customer that is either interested in learning or not. I would recommend this excursion and was pleased with the lesson my daughter received. Joe was great as an instructor.

I was skeptical at first but Charles made me feel comfortable, and by the end of the lesson I was able to stand. Pretty awesome.

My son and I had a great lesson with Daniel and Arie. We both improved and are looking to surf again!

I brought my son and his friend and the experience was amazing. They were up and surfing in no time at all. The teaching was so good my son said next time I’ll just get a board and go!!!
