La nostra cucina si trova in un edificio storico: un mulino a vento del XVI secolo nel cuore di Palma di Maiorca che abbiamo riportato in vita. A MOLTAK celebriamo la vita riflessa in cucina. Dove gli ingredienti principali sono le storie raccontate mentre si sta intorno ai fornelli, con gli antipasti in mano, e si apparecchiano tavole semplici. Momenti che creano scintille, che contano, il tutto cucinato insieme con amore e un tocco di avventura. Perché in cucina c'è sempre stata tanta vita. Molte cose buone. Tanta gioia, tanto tifo, tanto gusto e tante risate. E tutto questo è ciò che vogliamo condividere con voi Amiamo condividere le nostre conoscenze sul cibo locale, sulla cultura e sulla nostra bellissima isola. I partecipanti elaboreranno il menù con l'aiuto dei nostri host. If you’re coming to Mallorca for any reason you need to take a cooking class here at The Windmill Kitchen. 17th century windmill with a state of the art kitchen. Our instructor, Vivian, was knowledgeable and fun!! We made cream Catalan, Spanish tortilla, pimientos de pardon, seafood paella and pa-amb-di. Yummy! This is the best cooking class I’ve ever taken. In a beautiful old building. Worth every penny. Don’t miss it.
A truly great experience in learning! The instructor was not only very knowledgeable but made the entire class fun. I'm a fairly decent cook, still learned several techniques that I'll use in other dishes. Great recipes for all the dishes are provided. And the food was amazing.
This is an excellent opportunity to spend time with the family learning something new about Mallorca culture. It was perfect for kids 12 and 16 and adults. Vivian was an amazing and engaging host. Thank you for making this a great night
Absolutely fantastic night! I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Palma. Our chef Carlota was so warm and friendly - and very funny! She made the experience so much fun and really brought the group together so it felt like cooking with friends. We learned lots of little hints and tips that we will definitely be using when we return back home. One of the highlights of our trip!
So fun and the food was delicious! Our instructor, Laura, was the best. We had so much fun and learned a lot about local cuisine.
A fabulous evening with Flavia as our host. She was great company and very inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and creating wonderful authentic tapas food. We would highly recommend this experience to all.
The staff at the location were very helpful and friendly. Flavia was the best instructor. This was my bday trip and she made it so fun. The group we were in was amazing. She showed us how to make the food and allowed us to do it
Absolutely fantastic. Our Chef Flavia was the best!! she made it fun for everybody. And she was such a great cook. Made us all feel like we were in her home.
Exceptional! Best part of our visit to Mallorca besides the catamaran trip! We loved learning all about traditional Mallorcan dishes and everything we made was delicious. She explained everything perfectly and we relaxed and enjoyed tapas and wine while we cooked. The paella was delicious and we all moved over to the formal table with wine for our formal lunch. 10/10 experience very well put together and chic atmosphere. Thank you Carlotta!
The instructor was amazing, he made us feel at home. Every dish I wanted to be able to make again at home! I would give this a 10/10 for a true Mallorcan experience! Me and my boyfriend would definitely do it again
