Had a lovely cooking class making Causa (layered salad) and Lomo Saltado (stir fried sirloin). Our instructor Jesse was fun and made sure the photographic moments (burning off the Pisco) were all captured on camera. A fun way to spend a morning!

Natalia was very kind and gave us an interesting class! We cooked both an appetizer and a main dish - it was possible to have a vegetarian option. She took many photos during the class and we received them the same day.

Jessy was an incredible teacher and cook! You can tell she cooks from a genuine love for Arequipeñan food. We made an appetizer, an entree, and she brought us out a dessert. We left so full, but it is an awesome time. We even had cute chef hats and aprons. I totally recommend a visit, you’ll have a great time for sure!

This is a great hands on cooking class. Our host Naty is full of energy, speaks great English, and explains things really well. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is, there's no option to buy a beer or qine during tje class which we hadn't anticipate (cooking makes me really thirsty)
