Divertiti mentre impari a conoscere il cibo e la cultura locale! Questa cena interattiva distintiva per avventurieri è un programma serale completo, che inizia con un'attività collaborativa di preparazione di un cocktail Malbec al nostro tavolo comune. Seduto al nostro tavolo condiviso, indosserai grembiuli e cappelli da chef e socializzerai con gli altri viaggiatori mentre inizierai con l'arte di sigillare le tradizionali empanadas argentine utilizzando varie tecniche di "repulga" - finito con una competizione! Inizia il menu di quattro portate, che presenta prelibatezze locali fatte in casa provenienti da tutta l'Argentina, ovviamente con il bife de lomo (filetto), servito con diversi contorni, e antipasti. L'esperienza di degustazione prevede piatti amati come empanadas, chorizo, matambre, provoleta grigliata, bistecca e altro ancora, abbinati con cura a tre distinte selezioni di vini. Concludiamo la serata spiegando le complessità dello Yerba Mate, una tradizionale bevanda calda ricca di rituali, etichetta e storia, completata da alfajores fatti in casa.

The food is very good, the service is excellent, they had gluten-free and lactose-free options :)
Excellent gastronomic and cultural experience. The dishes were very tasty, and the wines were delicious. The friendliness and warmth of the team further enhance the moment, thanks to Malena, Ailén, and the entire kitchen and cleaning team.

Excellent hosts and excellent food. Made cocktails and empenadas and had fabulous food and wine served up to us. Host was very welcoming and good fun, also so knowledgable. I attended as a solo, but the host ensured that everyone interacted comfortably. This is held in a high quality restaurant and I would highly recommend for a true experience of Argentinian food, wine and hospitality.
This is a fun experience. Everything is done with excellence and all the food has a great presentation. It’s very interesting and it’s well explained in English as well as Spanish. I’m very glad I did it!
Very nice experience. It's worth it
That was the best dining experience I’ve had in Argentina or South America for that matter. A reasonably priced wine paired dinner with cultural explanations and insane flavours. We had the pleasure of Bruno guiding us through this once in a lifetime experience. 10/10 recommend!!
