Esperienza ai Musei Capitolini con Video Multimediale

Descrizione

The Diego Rivera experience was GREAT!
Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your feedback! We are delighted to hear that you had a positive experience, and we truly look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Best regards, Touristation Customer Service
You need to physically go to another office to pick up your ticket, not the museum. The office is down the Capitoline Hill, across the piazza. I had to download an app for the audiobook which was fine but the QR code on the brochure was for the Vatican Museums so never got the correct audiobook. Much of my time spent here was just getting the ticket and the (wrong) audiobook. I would book a more direct way to get the ticket. The museum trip was amazing. I highly recommend the museum but not this method of getting a ticket.
25 video was good with reconstruction. However it was hard to follow the audio. Little instruction would be helpful.
We loved the displays of these amazing statues, paintings etc.
The museum is great but the experience we all had was not so good. First there was no information that said we would each need a cellphone and headset but luckily we happened to each have ours. Then we were given a link to install and app and download a museum map and presentation which we were told we could listen to or read. Unfortunately the file to download was very large and basically would only download over wifi. I would have done this at our hotel but was not told about it or given a link. This left us wandering aimlessly through the complex which made it easy to get lost.
The entry ticket comes with an application to guide the visitor through the museum. Except that we only learn this when picking up our tickets, and it is then no longer possible to download the audio content, which is too large without Wi-Fi. The visit was therefore done instinctively and was chaotic. We left extremely disappointed, and the staff there did not seem very interested in helping us solve the problem.
We could not find your ticket office and we had to buy tickets at the entry door. I ended up having to pay double for the tickets. Need better information for your ticket office
It was a great museum with beautiful views over the Roman Forum. Simple entry. Leave backpack in lockers with a key- free.
Expect to spend a lot of time at the museum as it is quite large so allow plenty of time. There are also quite a number of stairs do beware. Very worth a visit.
This museum is beautiful. The collection is focused on sculpture, and the works are amazing. The building is large enough not to feel crowded. They have a full restaurant at the terrace at the top, and a snack bar if you don't want to have a sit-down lunch. They have many works I had only seen in pictures. It was great to see them in person, and without the squeeze of the Vatican museum. I highly recommend it The views from the terrace are fantastic as well.
