Good service when the esim stops working. Although it should not stop working. The office is in Hong Kong though, which is tough with the time change
I went to Mexico City for one week. I purchased 5GB and paid $20CDN, but I wasn't able to even use 3GB. My phone would not connect, the had no internet most of the time. I was in the city most of the time and there was no connection, I had to connect to public internet very often to find my way around or get a Google translate when I needed translation. I will be deleting this App from my phone as I am finding it unreliable and waste of money.
