Questa escursione ti porta in un viaggio di uno dei migliori sentieri escursionistici di Città del Capo. Ci sono due scelte per i sentieri lungo la testa del leone. Il primo sentiero lungo la Lion's Head è il Lion's Head Chains. Questo percorso è una ripida sezione di roccia verticale per circa 12 metri sorretta da catene. È un percorso possibile per principianti ed escursionisti esperti. Il secondo, più facile percorso su Lion's Head è il percorso a spirale. Questo percorso ha una vista eccellente sulle spiagge e sulla città. Entrambi i percorsi sono possibili. In cima al vertice di Lion's Head, godrai di meravigliose viste sulla Table Mountain e sulla città. È una distanza di camminata più breve rispetto a Table Mountain e Lion's Head è solo 1-2 ore per raggiungere la vetta. Ritorno 2 - 3,5 ore.

Annie was great! Our group of four hired Annie to guide us up Lion’s head. Annie was knowledgeable, kind, flexible, encouraging and attentive. Without asking, she wisely brought along another guide, in case there were varying skill levels in our group (there were). This way, we were able to spilt up between those who wanted to use the steeper ladder/chain way and those who wanted to take the path with less incline. Everyone got the experience they wanted and was able to go at their own pace, while being challenged and having fun. She empowered the less experienced hikers by standing behind us and occasionally guiding our feet placement on the way down. She had just the right amount of involvement - hanging back when necessary and jumping in with suggestions when helpful. She went above and beyond and brought a bottle of (non alcoholic) bubbly for us to enjoy at the summit! Would highly recommend her and should we go back, would definitely use her again!
