La grotta principale è conosciuta come la grotta del tempio o grotta della cattedrale e vi si accede da una ripida rampa di 272 gradini. La cima delle scale ti porta in un'enorme grotta con un alto soffitto a volta. La grotta funge da tempio indù dedicato a Lord Muragan la cui statua d'oro alta 42 metri fa la guardia all'esterno.
Istana Negara (Palazzo Nazionale) è la residenza ufficiale dello Yang DiPertuan Agong che è il capo dello stato della Malesia. Il nuovo palazzo, inaugurato nel 2011, si trova a Jalan Duta, in sostituzione della vecchia Istana Negara. Occupa un complesso di un'area di 97,65 ettari con 22 cupole ed è suddiviso in tre parti principali costituite dalla componente formale, dalla componente reale e dalla componente amministrativa.
Masjid Negara, la moschea nazionale della Malesia, è il simbolo nazionale dell'Islam. Composto da una sala di preghiera principale con 48 cupole più piccole attorno, è situato a nord-ovest della vecchia stazione ferroviaria, un paio di centinaia di metri verso la fine di Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin. Distribuita su 13 acri, la Moschea Nazionale è in grado di ospitare fino a 15.000 persone e ricorda la Grande Moschea della Mecca, con forme astratte e reticolo geometrico incorporato nelle sue coperture e ferriere. La Grand Hall è senza dubbio la parte più intricata della moschea con versi del Corano che decorano le pareti.
Piazza Merdeka è senza dubbio il punto di riferimento più noto di KL. Chiamato anche Dataran Merdeka, si trova di fronte al Sultan Abdul Samad Building (l'ex Segretariato di Stato). Di fronte si trova il Royal Selangor Club e a nord si trova la chiesa di Santa Maria, una delle chiese anglicane più antiche della Malesia.
Le Petronas Towers (malese: Menara Berkembar Petronas), note anche come Petronas Twin Towers e colloquialmente come KLCC Twin Towers, sono una coppia interconnessa di grattacieli altissimi di 88 piani a Kuala Lumpur, Malesia, alti 451,9 metri (1.483 piedi). Dal 1998 al 2004, sono state ufficialmente designate come gli edifici più alti del mondo fino a quando non sono state superate dal completamento del Taipei 101. Le Petronas Towers sono i grattacieli gemelli più alti del mondo e sono rimasti gli edifici più alti della Malesia fino al 2019, quando sono stati superati da The Exchange 106. Le Petronas Towers sono un importante punto di riferimento di Kuala Lumpur, insieme alla vicina Kuala Lumpur Tower e Merdeka 118, e sono visibili in molti luoghi della città.

Amir is awesome. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He reached out right after we made the reservation. He gave us clear and easy instructions when and where to meet him. One of the best tours I’ve been on with information and patience as we were able to explore each stop. Would recommend Amir if you can pick your tour guide. I kept his info when I do come back to visit.
It was very pleasant. Diano was very knowlegeable and good at keeping track of time for each stop. The experiences would have been enhanced if I had done a little more research on what we were about to visit.

We had a great experience with Emir and Viator in Kuala Lumpur. We saw all the high points of the city and structured the trip to even include some specific shopping that we wanted to do. Our cruise companions were on huge buses that saw less and took longer. Emir made sure that we stayed on schedule and got back to the ship in plenty of time. All tolls and parking were taken care of and he even paid for our use of the bathrooms at the temple . 😉 He was always ready to take our picture at each site which made it even more fun. What a great alternative to the group tour!

The itinerary and driver were great. He would take us anywhere we wanted to go within the time limit.
Our driver guide was prompt, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Sometimes a bit difficult to hear as the car was noisy inside. Vehicle was comfortable. We saw all sites on the itinerary.

Razif was absolutely fabulous for our first time to KL as a mum with her three daughters on a cruise day.
