Per favore, presentiamoci: siamo Inés e Juanjo, 2 autentiche guide native di Gran Canaria. Con noi scoprirai e vivrai la bellezza di quest'isola con i veri "occhi locali". Per noi, Barranco de los Cernícalos, non è solo uno dei sentieri escursionistici più belli dell'isola: è una parte molto importante della nostra vita, poiché i nostri parenti hanno vissuto qui e per noi è come un "parco giochi". Faremo un'escursione dove scoprirai la nostra flora e fauna endemiche in un ambiente che sembra uscito da una fiaba. Con noi non imparerai solo "informazioni tecniche", ma anche come le popolazioni locali hanno vissuto e adattato il loro modo di vivere in questo luogo, capirai come sono state sfruttate le risorse di questa zona: acqua, materiali per creare strumenti , piante (oltre al loro uso medicinale). Ma soprattutto ti divertirai moltissimo. Ci sono tantissime sorprese e divertimento in serbo per te lungo il percorso: sei pronto per l'avventura?

Friendly local guides lead you trough a jungle like area up to a waterfall, entertaining and filled with interesting stories about the island, inhabitants and the local nature. Rather easy hike for hikers, but not a sunday stroll ( bring your hiking shoes). Transport from and back to hotel included.

Entertaining and knowledgeable guides who safely piloted us through lush rainforest and over steep mountains. Smooth pick-up and drop-off. Fun to experience a more unknown part of beautiful Gran Canaria. Recommended!

This was a special tour, with great energy, and a fun story was told that included you. The small group concept is great, and I’m really glad there were no commercial stops at all! If you are an avid naturalist then perhaps the level of detail could have been greater. For me this was more a positive than a negative.

Great tour with two local, very experienced, friendly and funny guides. You will learn about some of Gran Canarias history, vegetation and animals with the waterfalls as highlights.

This tour was THE highlight of my 5 day visit to Gran Canaria! Ines and Juanjo have created something quite magical with their tour; a great combination of natural and cultural history with a mischievous sense of quirky silliness that was really enjoyed. The hike itself was beautiful and the plants; flowers and waterfalls breath-taking. I felt super relaxed after this experience even though we had trekked 8km. If I return to Gran Carnaria, I will definitely be booking another of their tours! Can't recommend this experience enough! Gracias!
