We opted for Trip Tenerife for booking this activity as well as for diving baptism. It is so easy and reassuring to have a Francophone interlocutor. In addition, Julien, our intermediary, was attentive, pleasant, available and good advice. He was the angel of our activities, being available via whatsapp and attentive to our reactions and needs. The boat ride was super nice (what a difference with these big boats that are loaded with tourists, there were only 8 on board during our ride). We had the opportunity to see many marine animals and feed the seagulls passing by. It was nice and really lived up to our expectations. And ending with a swim is a nice memory. Thanks again!

I have had an awful experience with this provider. If you want a boat party go to the strip and find someone else as they leave you no information about your booking, no contact details and no accurate location. Missed the boat because no one had heard of this provider or knew where to find them on the location they provided. Once requesting a refund for them literally not showing up we have been denied. Overall terrible service wouldn’t recommend and based on my experience I’d class it as a scam.

We’d were not impressed atall apart from seeing the dolphins yesterday I’m afraid. Poor food and sparce with drinks.

I pre-booked an afternoon for 6 of us for my anniversary today and was not impressed really. Firstly we waited at the gate and no one was there to help. We went down the gate to ask at boat and was told to go back up. Then my husband was getting annoyed and went back down to the boat and it was already full of people on it, abs they said yes it’s our excursion. We got on the boat and it was one driver doing it. He offered us one very tiny glass of cava and sailed out for ages on the boat. We saw some dolphins which was the highlight of the trip. Then off to snorkel . We were offered the smallest bread ham and cheese roll and that was it. On the way back to harbour he gave us a tiny drink of sangria, barely a mouthful and that was it.

Great outing at sea, we were 16 people and Christophe offered us the rental of 2 sailboats because most outings were for 50 people on big catamarans, not at all what we were looking for. So we boarded on time on our 2 sailboats, we had the chance to see some pilot whales. We then headed to a small cove where we could swim, some sandwiches (very good by the way) a drink, and then back to the port.The trip lasted about 3 hours, we were accompanied by a very friendly skipper, Paco.
