We had the best time on our llama hike! It was, hands down, one of the top moments of our summer. Kara is a true expert and professional, taking care of every detail from booking to goodbye. 100/10 recommend Wonder Meadow!

What an amazing experience we had! I cannot recommend this tour enough! Kara and Brent were so knowledgeable about the area, including identifying wildflowers and trees along the way. They made sure we were completely comfortable walking the llamas before we started hiking and were just overall kind people. My son, who is 7, loved his first experience with the llamas. They even take your pictures and email you a photo album the same day. Please don’t think twice about booking this tour. Worth every penny!

Our family’s first llama hike was unforgettable. Ms. Kara set the perfect pace, helped us get comfortable with Elvis, Triby, and Freddy, and was wonderfully patient with my 8‑year‑old. The guides were friendly,knowledgeable, and made the whole experience magical. Colorado’s beauty + sweet llamas = perfect family adventure.

Highly recommend. Meet-up was very easy, intro email the day before covered everything I felt like I needed to know. Llamas were fun to be around! Guides knew about the local habitat, flora and fauna, and let our questions lead where the discussions went. Guides personable, llamas well -behaved.

We had an amazing time! This was such an exciting and unique experience. Our guides were friendly and well informed. The hiking wasn’t difficult for us, for a novice. The scenery was beautiful and the llamas were so well behaved and the most adorable, fun animals. We will always remember this day!!

We had an amazing experience. Cara and Brent are very knowledgeable and passionate about their llamas. We were able to walk three llamas - Tribi, Elvis, and Gus. They were all great, very personable llamas. The trail was rugged but easily doable in sneakers. The llamas were very friendly, and we were able to pet them and, by the end, hug them. It was a wonderful hike. My wife and teen girls can't stop talking about how much fun they had. I highly recommend this llama hike.

Cara and Brent were amazing guides who shared their wonderful llamas with us. We walked three llamas - Tribi, Elvis, and Gus through a picturesue park. Cara and Brent are very knowledgeable, explained so much, and are very engaging. The llamas are very people friendly and we were able to pet, and even hug them, by the end. The trail is rugged but easily doable in sneakers. Our children can't stop talking about how much fun they had, and we would absolutely do it again.

We had an absolutely incredible time on Kara and Brent’s llama hike! From start to finish, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their animals. The hike itself was beautiful, but the real stars were the llamas—Triby, Elvis, and Gus. Triby was friendly and curious, Elvis had so much personality and kept us smiling the entire hike, and Gus was calm, gentle, and an absolute joy to spend time with. All three llamas were well-trained, well-cared for, and made the experience unforgettable. Kara and Brent did a fantastic job sharing information about the llamas, answering questions, and making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. You can tell how much love and care they put into both their animals and their guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a unique outdoor adventure with amazing people and wonderful animals, I cannot recommend Kara and Brent’s llama hike enough. It was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great hike with Well-Trained Llamas! Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with our slow hiking abilities! The llamas were patient with us too!
