Fabulous tour & great value! Please know there is travel via pubic transit…both city bus & train. The train does make a number of stops along the route. Our guide made it a smooth travel experience both there & back. Our guide was Lucia & she was delightful! She shared history and architectural details and offered excellent budget sensible ideas of places to eat & what to do and what to skip. She spoke clearly and loud enough and was so friendly & personable. She was easy to follow through the busy areas and ensured we felt guided but could still make the trip our own. It was a great day in Salzburg!

The tour is very well organized. My tour guide Maxine is it really knowledgeable. She showed us quite a few The Sound of Music scenes as we traveled along the city, including one mistake where Maria and children were buying fruits in the market that I would have never known. I also learned about the stumbling rocks project for the first time and was really moved by it. Maxine was also so kind that she offered us one extra hour in Salzburg that we thoroughly enjoyed.
