Hospital Cave è un ospedale in miniatura nel cuore della montagna, costruito nel 1963-1965 durante la guerra, composto da 3 piani e 17 stanze separate con varie funzioni. grotta naturale con molte stalattiti nella fresca grotta dove puoi sentire il suono di minuscole gocce d'acqua che scorrono dalle stalattiti sul soffitto, attraverso 300 metri di lunghezza dal lato attraverso la montagna all'altro lato. Sali centinaia di gradini di pietra e il sentiero nel bosco fino alla cima del picco Ngu Lam, dove potrai ammirare la maestosa bellezza della foresta primordiale delle isole (su e giù per il picco Ngu Lam in 2 ore). Scendendo per vedere la galleria di esemplari di flora e fauna nel Parco Nazionale di Cat Ba. Nella foresta ascolterai la sinfonia delle montagne: il canto degli uccelli, il suono degli insetti e il richiamo di animali come visoni, scoiattoli e scimmie.

You can easily do this walk by yourself as there’s only 1 path to follow and everyone goes the same way no matter if you’re with a guide or doing it solo.
Just a fun half day with a great fun guide. A good workout. Breathtaking views once you get the top.
Tough walk to the viewpoint for 60+, especially the last bit. Hospital cave and cave with stalactites and stalagmites were worth the visit.
Viet took us on a half day hike to Ngu Lam peak, Trung Tran Cave and hospital cave. He was so interesting and informative about the national park and history of Vietnam too. We really appreciated his insight. Taking the tour meant we could fit in the activities in our short time at Cat Ba Island.
Absolutely not happy. Booked the tour and the driver never showed up. They pretty much just up and took our money. No tour. no nothing. Extremely disappointed.
From pick up to finish it was a mazing experience, not too full on, but still a challenge. You got to experience fantastic parts of Cat Ba. Our guide and driver was lovely, kind and very informative of the nature, history, culture and religion ♡. Overall amazing experience! Thank you!

The walk was great! Our guide Phuc led our group with great enthusiasm and care. Ngu Lam Peak has very beautiful views. Cave Hospital is a very rich testimony of a Vietnamese of other times. It was worth it!
