Scopri il sentiero Costao, la via originale verso la cima del Pan di Zucchero! Questo ripido sentiero è una delle escursioni più incredibili della città e pochi visitatori ne sono a conoscenza - la maggior parte presume che l'unico modo per raggiungere la cima sia la funivia. Anche se il tracciato presenta un passo verticale di arrampicata su roccia, non richiede esperienza di scalata precedente. Con l'aiuto degli equipaggiamenti di sicurezza e delle nostre guide alpine certificate, puoi vincere questa sfida e continuare fino alla cima del famoso Pan di Zucchero di Rio. Questa è una classica esperienza di Carioca da non perdere!

Rio Mountain sports helped by organizing the best surprise ever for my boyfriend. He has a super great moment climbing the Sugarloaf (Coringa road). Fernando was awesome, very professional but also kind and reassuring. His English was perfect et he took amazing photos during the climb ! A big thank to all the team ☺️
An experience worth having, punctual and with appropriate safety measures.
We did in family the trail / climbing the sugar bread with the guide Ivanir! It was fantastic, exciting and safe. Getting to the top of the sugar bread with your own legs is a unique experience. Arriving at the top, my daughter had a migraine attack, the guide Ivanir was super attentive, he medicated her and managed to prioritize for her to safely go down the road. A thousand thanks! We will definitely come back for more adventures.

One day we climbed Sugarloaf with guide Thomas and other day Pedra da Gavea with guide Didi. We couldn't have done them without our very supportive guides!!!Everything was perfectly organized and safe at all times!!!! Very supportive guide. Safety was first. Adjusted pace to the group. Made a group with 2 parents and 3 kids feel at ease. Be prepared for a strenuous climb, with sufficient breaks.
Great trip with breathtaking views. Everything was perfectly organised and on time. The guide was super kind and kept us safe at all times.
We had a fantastic time with Reginald as our guide. He was an experienced climber and knew the way like the palm of his hand. Despite having no climbing experience and there being the steepest rock scrambles we'd ever faced, we felt safe due to Regis's helpfulness and communication. DO pick this tour if you're a reasonably fit hiker wanting a thrilling adventure and little foray into outdoor climbing. Do NOT pick this if you are not fit or have an injured limb as you will need all four!
I had an amazing time climbing the Italians mas Segundo route up to Sugar Loaf, I felt really supported and safe, Igor is a great guide and they are really easy with lending equipment if you don't have everything yourself.
Incredible experience. Our guide (Reginaldo) was stellar, little insights into the local history and fauna were fthe cherry on top, and his experience was clea, showing and helping us really well. The route itself was fantastic too, we rocked up perhaps underestimating it a little, more challenging than a standard forest hike, and a little technical - don't underestimate the value of a good pair of shoes. Views on the way up are worth every penny, by far the most memorable experience we've had on Rio.
