The tour guide gave lots of good information. There was some confusion about which bus to take but this was sorted out eventually.

Reservation not honored. Paid for a car but it wasn't there. We had to take a bus. Kind but disorganized anyway
Dear Mr. Nicola, Thank you for your review. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your booking. Starting with the title of the excursion itself, it clearly states that the service is **“Shared & Self-Guided.”** Furthermore, nowhere on your ticket does it state that you had booked a private car. On the contrary, the ticket clearly indicates that the transportation is provided by a **50-seat coach**. One day before your arrival, you contacted us through TripAdvisor regarding the departure time. We informed you that the first bus departs approximately **1 to 1.5 hours after the ship’s arrival**, and that additional buses would also be available afterwards to accommodate passengers. Therefore, if you have a booking confirmation or any other document stating that you had booked a private car, we kindly ask you to send it to us by email so that we can review it and clarify the matter. We would also like to point out that, as a gesture of goodwill and because we considered that there may have been a misunderstanding, you were refunded the full amount of your booking. Based on the information shown on your ticket, however, there is no reference whatsoever to a private car. The ticket clearly refers to shared transportation by coach. We remain at your disposal should you wish to provide us with any relevant document, and we will be happy to review it and clarify the matter. Geo travel team
Giorgio is an excellent person who meets you outside the port for a 3.30 hour tour.

Met guide at port when we got off ship . Very knowledgeable and spoke good English. €15 per head . Looked After us very well and it was an excellent trip. Even in the 32degree heat .
