We found this experience recommended online nd contacted the operator via WhatsApp - good and timely communication. They facilitated pick-up from Canggu at no extra cost and our driver, Yana, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The jeep sunrise experience was great, albeit colder than expected (recommended to bring a jumper/extra layer) but can hire blankets there. The jeep driver was also very nice and took lots of photos on the mountain which were great quality. Afterwards went to lava flats - this was okay but slightly overcast obstructing the view. Then went to coffee plantation for complimentary tasting - this was great, wide variety of coffees and teas to taste; all were excellent. We did the option to attend the natural hot springs as well with complimentary welcome drink - we stayed for just over an hour, this was plenty of time - nice view. Overall would highly recommend.
An early morning but worth it to see the beautiful sunrise. Worth bringing extra layers since the early morning was still chilly
our guide Made Rum has been very fun and helpful to begin with, and has helped us carry our bags when we were tired, held our hands when we were losing balance, basically he made sure that we were safe throughout the entire activity! he is also an excellent photographer and knows all the good photo spots and angles, highly recommend! thank you Made!
Our wonderful guide Made was super nice and friendly, knew the path like the back of his hand. He also was very patient and helped us take many nice pictures
We had such a great time doing the Mount Batur hike! Was well organised and quite a chill hike- we got picked up from Ubud at 2am from our hotel by Pande who was lovely! When we arrived we were then introduced to our guide Saji who was also really lovely! He helped us up and down the more rocky areas and also took us back down a quieter path to avoid the crowds. He was amazing at taking photos for us and even helped carry one of our bags - wonderful guide! The hike took about 2hrs in total, including rest breaks but was quite manageable! The view of sunrise was gorgeous too and defo worth it. Once back we then got picked up by Pande and taken back! recommend to anyone who is interested!

It was an experience for the whole family. From beginning to end. We would come back, no question.
Great communication the night before by the driver and organizer. Unfortunately, the driver did not show up at the set time. The organizer was amazing and got us a new driver within 10 min. We left an hour late but got to base camp with plenty of time! From there our guide was sooooo fantastic! He was thoughtful and safe, fun and educational. He held my hand to ensure I had my footing on steep areas and thick dust. I never would have made it safely without his kind support. Breakfast was warm and tasty and exactly what we needed after an early hike. Sunrise was right on time and did not disappoint!! He took amazing pictures that we will have for a lifetime! The memories and vision from the top will forever be in our hearts! After the hike our driver was at the ready to bring us to the hot spring right away. What a perfect ending to a long hike!
Good trip from Ubud - very early start but beautiful hike and views are worth it. Trip was well organised and easy with logistics. Ayu (guide) and Kedak (driver) were great, really friendly and informative. Breakfast was not very nice (banana sandwich - worth bringing snacks!).
