An Unforgettable EBC Adventure

My EBC trek was unforgettable! The scenery was breathtaking, and seeing a marathon along the way was a unique experience. A huge part of what made this trip so special was my incredible team. My guide, Kiran, was exceptionally experienced and patient. He brought the trail to life by sharing fascinating insights about the local culture and landmarks. He always went out of his way to help me take amazing photos and flawlessly managed all our accommodation and delicious meals. My porter, Dorje, was an absolute gem. He always had the warmest, most comforting smile that kept my spirits high. I am incredibly grateful to him because when I accidentally slipped on the trail, his quick reflexes caught me instantly. Nepal Trekking Planner provided outstanding support, from detailed itineraries to help with transport and currency exchange. I highly recommend them and will definitely book with them again!

Exceptional Everest Base Camp Experience with Nepal Trekking Planners

I recently completed a 10-day Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Trekking Planners, led by Dibash. From the very beginning, he brought a calm and reassuring presence to the group. Managing 11 trekkers with different fitness levels, personalities, and expectations is challenging, but he handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. He was always attentive to how everyone was feeling, knew when to encourage people to push forward and when to slow things down, and created a positive atmosphere throughout the trek. His experience in the mountains was evident in the way he made decisions, managed the group, and ensured everyone felt supported and confident along the journey. During the trek, a few of my friends fell sick with a fever. The guides monitored their condition closely, checked in regularly, and adjusted the pace when needed to help them recover and continue safely. Supporting guides Ranjan, Suman, and Pradeep were attentive throughout the journey, always looking out for the group, offering encouragement during difficult climbs, and ensuring everyone moved at a comfortable pace. Weather in the Everest region is unpredictable, and even minor changes can disrupt Lukla flights and throw entire trekking schedules off track. What impressed me most was how confidently and efficiently the team handled these challenges. Their experience and strong local network were evident in the way they navigated flight delays, reorganized accommodations, and adapted plans when circumstances changed. While many trekkers in the region faced uncertainty and schedule disruptions, our trek remained remarkably well managed, allowing us to complete the journey without impacting our onward international travel plans. Even though the trek was physically demanding at times and there were moments that felt overwhelming, I had an incredible amount of fun throughout the journey. The positive atmosphere created by the guides and the camaraderie within the group made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Nepal Trekking Planners stands out not only for its operational efficiency but also for the integrity behind the company. Dipak's journey from porter to founder reflects years of firsthand experience and a genuine understanding of the physical and mental demands of trekking in the Himalayas. His values are clearly reflected in the way the company operates—with transparency, honesty, and a strong commitment to its clients. Throughout the trek, I felt confident that we were in capable hands. From managing logistics and health concerns to adapting to unexpected challenges in a remote and demanding environment, the team consistently demonstrated professionalism and reliability. I would highly recommend Nepal Trekking Planners to anyone looking for a safe, well-organized, and memorable trekking experience in Nepal.

Awesome Trekking to EBC

We had a fantastic time with Nepal Trekking Planner on our 12 day EBC trek. This is my third time using Trekking Planner and I’d use them time and time again. Initially Dipak and team were great communicators and very well organised, making it easy for our group to navigate Kathmandu on arrival. We had an awesome guide in Dipendra who was patient, supportive and very experienced (knew a few shortcuts). Dipendra ensured our time in the mountains was worry free, allowing us to focus on trekking and the magical landscapes. Thanks very much to Dipendra and Dipak for such a great experience.

10/10 time, would do again

Trekking planner was awesome to work with, my friend has been with them in the past. Our guide, Diprenda, was incredible. He was flexible with we needed with pace, lodging, food, with plenty of recommendations and information about anything we asked. Fun guy to play cards and hike with. The trip overall was insane, went off without a hitch even when we couldn’t get on the plane to lukla. Almost no people on the trail and insane views. Would love to come back one day and would do it with trekking planner

Wonderful trek to EBC

It was a very well planned trip, We were picked up at the airport, and got put onto a helicopter flight as the planes were not flying that day. The guide Dipendra was very helpful and knowledgeable, we were made very welcome at all the places we stayed and he assisted us greatly. Would highly recommend this service and guide, was an amazing experience!

13 Unforgettable Days to Everest Base Camp – Huge Thanks to Mess & Santos

Our 13-day trek to Everest Base Camp was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing guide Mess and our porter Santos. These two are truly incredible people. Santos carried our duffel bags every single day — at least 15kg each, sometimes even more — and somehow he still always arrived at the lodge before us, waiting with our bags ready. His strength, kindness, and positive attitude were unbelievable throughout the entire trek. Massive respect for all his hard work. Our guide Mess was outstanding from start to finish. He knows the entire route so well, always made us feel safe, and was there immediately whenever we needed anything. We could ask him absolutely everything, and he always helped with patience and a smile. You can really tell how much experience and passion he has for the mountains. One of his biggest dreams is to summit Mount Everest one day, and honestly, I truly hope he achieves it — he definitely has what it takes. Also a huge compliment to nepaltrekkingplanner for the perfect organization. Everything was very well planned, structured, and we always felt safe and taken care of during the whole journey. Big thanks again to Mess and Santos for making this trek such a special experience. We will never forget it.

Amazing 14-Day Base Camp Experience with the Best Support Team

We had an absolutely amazing 14-day Base Camp trip, and the organization was outstanding from start to finish. Our guide Mess was extremely professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire journey. It honestly felt like he could read our wishes from our eyes. No matter if we lacked motivation, felt tired, or had any health issues, he was always there to help and encourage us in every situation. Our porter Santos was incredible as well. He carried our heavy bags all the difficult way up to the top with such dedication and positivity. On the last day, he even joined us and carried our day bags too. He was such a kind, hardworking, and friendly person. Overall, we had the best support team with Mess and Santos we could have asked for on this trip. Everything was perfectly organized, and the people made the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely book with the same team again and highly recommend them to everyone planning a Base Camp trek.

An enjoyable experience in the Himalayas with Trekking Planner & FT Sherpa

It was a really good trip with FT Sherpa and his trusty team of porters. His experience and patience really made the journey more manageable and he dealt with changes and our requests promptly and effectively. I developed an eye infection on day 3 and I was able to get the medical help and equipment needed with his help and I managed to complete the whole trip. Really thankful for his assistance and professionalism. Many thanks to the effective service of Deepak and the whole team at Trekking Planner 👍🏻!

Why Choosing the Right Trekking Company Matters in Nepal

2026/04/27-05/10 The mountain scenery in Nepal is absolutely incredible — honestly on a completely different level — and I cannot recommend it enough. If you are considering trekking in Nepal and still looking for a local trekking company, I highly recommend Trekking Planner Nepal and our guide, Kiran. Choosing Trekking Planner turned out to be one of the best decisions of this entire trip. To be honest, arranging such a long and high-risk trekking trip through email with a foreign company was a bit nerve-racking at first. I initially contacted three different trekking agencies, and eventually chose Trekking Planner because the owner, Dipak, always replied quickly with extremely detailed and organized information. Their website was also very transparent regarding itineraries and pricing. We exchanged more than 30 emails throughout the planning process, and for someone as detail-oriented as me, that level of communication made me feel incredibly reassured. After arriving in Nepal, everything was arranged smoothly and professionally — airport pickup, hotels, meals, pre-trip briefing, currency exchange, SIM cards — all handled seamlessly. What impressed me most was that Dipak personally took care of almost everything himself, which made the whole experience even more trustworthy. I won’t go too deeply into every detail of the trek itself, because I truly believe the experience is something you need to feel in person. But one of the luckiest parts of this journey was meeting our guide, Kiran. Kiran was professional, responsible, and incredibly attentive throughout the trek. Along the way, he constantly shared stories about Nepalese culture, religion, daily life, and the mountains, which made the experience feel much deeper than simply hiking. Most importantly, he handled every little issue at the tea houses perfectly. Somehow, he even managed to get us electric blankets at a tea house in Gorakshep at 5,180 meters — which honestly felt like luxury at that altitude. For the return journey, we wanted to experience the mountains from a different perspective, so we planned to take a helicopter and enjoy an aerial view of the valleys and glaciers we had spent days walking through. But in such remote high-altitude regions, weather is always the biggest variable. Originally, our helicopter from Gorakshep to Lukla was scheduled for 6:15 AM. However, heavy snowfall made flying conditions very poor. Kiran immediately decided to move us down to Lobuche at a lower altitude, both to increase the chance of a successful helicopter departure and to avoid the risks of staying inactive above 5,000 meters for too long. Eventually, during a short break in the weather, we successfully flew to Lukla. However, because the entire day’s flight schedule had fallen into chaos, there were no helicopters or small aircraft available to return to Kathmandu. At that point, we had already mentally prepared ourselves to spend another night in the mountains. Then, less than an hour after the agency arranged accommodation for us, we suddenly received a message saying they had secured two helicopter seats back to Kathmandu. Later we learned that no helicopters had managed to fly up to Gorakshep that entire day. I’m incredibly grateful that Kiran made the quick decision to move us down to Lobuche early, which allowed us to catch the helicopter out of the mountains. And amazingly, that helicopter ended up being the only one that flew back to Kathmandu that day, with only five seats available. Huge thanks as well to Dipak for his incredible efficiency and coordination skills. After completing nine days of trekking and reaching a maximum altitude of 5,545 meters, we were somehow able to return to the busy streets of Kathmandu that same evening — enjoying a hot shower, steak, and local Nepalese beer.

EBC trek review

Had a great trip to Everest Base camp The organizer Dipak is very informative, quick responder and accommodating to the clients need. Our guide Ratan Magar was the best guide for us. He was available when needed, supportive and encouraging during tough trek time. He made sure our needs are met and our trek experience is positive. Our porter Sudeep got our luggage safely and before time. Over all highly recommend this company and team.
