We have been fortunate to have Mahmud as our guide and he could not do better. He has explained everything in great detail, knows a lot about temples and enjoys explaining. You see his passion. As a negative point, the drivers of the van, which was certainly very comfortable, were somewhat rude. As soon as we got in, they didn't let us put the hot air in when they picked us up, because it was cold. The rest of the trip was somewhat unfriendly, we were in a hurry... but nothing serious, but it could greatly improve the experience with more educated drivers. They even insisted on having a tip when they did nothing to deserve it. Of course, the road went very well and very fast.

We left for a 10-day stay in Egypt and we entrusted the organization of this trip to Mina - 2 days in Cairo - 3 days in Aswan - the 3 day/3 night cruise from Aswan to Luxor and the end on Luxor. I recommend this tour with this agency. Communication with the agency was smooth and efficient on WhatsApp. Our driver was very kind, his driving was reassuring and he even offered us fresh juice from the crops on the road. The excursion lasts 2 hours in itself. It is ample time to visit the temples, take pictures and a snack on the site. The site is beautiful by far Our favorite of Our Tour of Egypt. Not to be neglected in your journey. Our guide was friendly and gave us good information. Just a note on the entrance fee to the temples (I want to say it was well specified on the reservation that it would be extra, no problem on that). Prices can fluctuate depending on the period. However we gave the information back to the agency which was as surprised as we were and was responsive to modify the information on its offer to avoid future disappointments to other customers. my tour was with a Spanish speaking guide and when we arrived there was an English one. In my booking say the entrance fees 255 EGP per person and I was charged 7,515 EGP per person, WHY!!!!!, please I want a refund.

Our driver was very professional. We had stops for drinks and a comfort break both ways, and he gave us plenty of time to explore the temples at Abu Simbel and take lots of photos. The car was modern, had air con, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout the trip.

The visit to the temple of Ramses II was very exciting, however, it is the race against time and tip!!! A mute and unpleasant taxi driver when he said 2 words Lots of information before departure: proof of your accommodation, passports, details for the morning appointment Better have wifi to make this excursion a reality The guide told us 10 words about the temple because he is not allowed to go home... surprising but true

Mina, who was the great organizer of our entire trip to Egypt, arranged our two-day trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan. So we left by private car, with our driver Mimi. The latter who, admittedly, speaks only Egyptian, was most attentive to our comfort throughout this trip. He supervised our return trips between the site and our guest house, especially to get us to the Sound and Lights in the evening. Our French-speaking guide perfectly escorted us to discover these extraordinary temples. If the travel time is indeed important, for us it was a chance because as a result, we arrived at the Abu Simbel site at an hour when the cruise passengers were already no longer there and so we had this wonder just for ourselves (or almost since we were less than 10 on site). We strongly recommend staying one night on site to enjoy the place, both during the day and in the night, without rushing.
