I booked a trip from A Coruña to Santiago de Compostela through Viator for May 21, 2026. The start time was later changed via email from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which I could not see without internet access after the booking. Accordingly, there was no one at the meeting point, I could not take the tour, and Viator refused a refund. For an international booking portal, it is completely inadequate to send a relevant time change solely via email and then evade all responsibility. This type of customer handling is disappointing and unacceptable.

Bei Ausflügen für Kreuzfahrtgäste kann die Startzeit je nach Liegezeit des Schiffes angepasst werden, damit die Durchführung der Tour und die Rückkehr zum Schiff bestmöglich garantiert werden können. Diese Information wird über die Buchungsplattform sowie im Reservierungsbeleg mitgeteilt, in dem auch der genaue Treffpunkt angegeben ist. In diesem Fall war der Treffpunkt in Ihrem Buchungsbeleg klar angegeben, und zwischen dem Verlassen des Schiffes und dem Beginn der Tour stand Ihnen mehr als eine Stunde zur Verfügung, um dorthin zu gelangen. Aus diesem Grund können wir leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen, warum es Ihnen nicht möglich war, den angegebenen Treffpunkt rechtzeitig zu erreichen. Wir verstehen, dass eine Änderung der Uhrzeit unangenehm sein kann, besonders während einer Kreuzfahrt. Dennoch liegt es in der Verantwortung des Reisenden, die aktuellen Informationen der Reservierung zu prüfen und sich rechtzeitig am bestätigten Treffpunkt einzufinden. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie die Erfahrung nicht genießen konnten, aber wir möchten betonen, dass die Anpassung der Uhrzeit gerade dazu dient, die Tour an die Kreuzfahrtskala anzupassen und die Durchführung sicherzustellen. Martin, our guide, never shut up. he talks endlessly, with a little history and a lot of dumb stuff. banks are open during the day but not at night (5+ minutes). he is a nonstop chatterbug. he should teach 6 year Olds instead

The tour got us where we wanted to go, but the English translation was rudimentary at best. Should not advertise as English-speaking.

This tour is a MUST for all cruisers visiting the port of La Caruna! The culture, history, magnificent architecture and amazing beauty of the cathedral and surrounding plazas will thrill any visitor. Our guide was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable of Santiago. It is a full day with adequate time for a bit of shopping as well.

My wife and I boarded Queen Elizabeth in Barcelona and sailed for Fremantle, Western Australia on 30th October 2023. On the first day at sea my wife wasn't feeling well, and was diagnosed with Covid. Being in the same Stateroom, I caught it a day or two later. During this time no-one other than the two of us entered the Stateroom, and we had to surrender our towels in a red biohazard bag each day. All meals were consumed in Stateroom 5027. We were put into isolation for five nights and after that we had no energy at all, so stayed in our Stateroom most of the time. Between 31st October and 16th November we visited the Doctor in the Medical Clinic four times, and we also consulted with the nursing staff there on several occasions, often to get our Shore excursion tickets stamped so that we could then cancel the excursions we had booked. By this time I had lost around 7.5 kg in weight (I.e. over 16 lbs) and I had to hold my trousers up with one hand to avoid them falling to the floor. I also became completely deaf in my right ear, and registered only about 50% hearing in my left ear. All this only added to the extreme difficulty we had in moving around the ship when we had to. We were on Deck 5; the Medical Clinic on Deck 1, as was the Shore Excursion desk - but about 80 metres from the Clinic. We had to cancel three shore excursions, and each time we had to go to the Clinic, and then to the Excursion desk. Cunard in their wisdom refunded us in full for the first and third excursions, but not for the second one - because we had not given enough notice!! The two refunds were credited to us whilst we were still on the cruise, but since arriving back home on 27th November, we have been battling to get the second excursion refund. It is now April 2024. We apparently only staggered down to the Excursion desk 24 hours before the excursion started instead of 48 hours! No mention of this problem was made when we visited the Excursion desk to hand in our ticket. After many emails and a few phone calls, we understood that a refund of the second tour had been approved, but that was over five weeks ago, and nothing has happened. In the circumstances you, dear reader, can make up your mind about Cunard bureaucracy.

Cancelled our trip by text with less than 24 hours notice. So disappointed - such little time to plan anything else in its place.
Travel cancelled one day in advance. Great frustration, since it was marked more than a month in advance and paid on August 30. I haven't been refunded yet.
Hola, Tras hablar con usted, y ofrecerles 3 alternativas, así como, comentarle que el 15/09 el numero de plazas en las Islas Cies se reducian de 2000 diarias a 300 plazas, las cuales estaban reservadas para colegios y asociaciones, y nos dejan fuera a las agencias de viajes y viajeros particulares. Ustedes cambiaron el viaje la semana anterior y nosotros accedimos sin coste, ademas retiraron 2 viajeros fuera de plazo y accedimos sin coste. Se vé que por mucho que tratemos de ofrecer soluciones y habiendo sido extremandamente flexibles con ustedes nos dejan esta reseña, la cual consideramos bastante injusta. Reciban un cordial saludo

Two excellent guides Pablo and Ana super guides. I loved the excursion. I'll be back a thousand times. It's a paradise place. The only thing I miss is the souvenir bar. Not even a magnet for the fridge.😔😄😘👋
