Parti per una straordinaria gita di un giorno da Napoli per esplorare le incantevoli destinazioni di Sorrento e Pompei. La nostra avventura inizia nella pittoresca città di Sorrento, dove avrai tempo libero per passeggiare per le sue affascinanti strade, assaggiare specialità regionali e godere di una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli. Successivamente, guideremo lungo la costa mozzafiato di Sorrento per visitare una distilleria di Limoncello. Poi, ci dirigiamo verso le antiche rovine di Pompei, dove gusterai un pranzo leggero prima di fare una visita guidata del sito archeologico con un Esperto. The duration was advertised as 6 hours but it lasted nearly 9 hours. We were given 1.5 hours of free time in Sorrento, which felt like far too much. We walked a few blocks to the coastline, admired it and took some photos, and walked back. We found a restaurant and ordered coffees just to kill time. If you don't mind extremely crowded sidewalks and you like shopping, Sorrento is probably more enjoyable for you. "Visit a Limoncello distillery" = We walked through the distillery where no equipment was being operated, and then entered a large gift shop. They were giving free samples, which was effective because we ended up buying a bottle. When we arrived in Pompeii, we did a lot of standing around and waiting. We had to swap a few people from our group with a few from another group, because ships were leaving at different times. We were told to "explore" before the tour, but there wasn't much in that area besides souvenir shops and tourist-focused food vendors. We would've rather spent that extra time exploring the ruins. When we did finally start that tour, it was fantastic. Highly recommend! Overall, we felt like there was too much wasted time and we wish we would've selected a tour that only included Pompeii.

There is a lot of driving and traffic included in this tour, but you get to spend quality time in Sorrento and plenty of time in Pompeii. Pompeii is huge and you won’t get to see all of it, but you get a great overview. The lunch included was not that great, but it keeps you together with your group for the tour to begin.
This was an excellent day. Our tour with World Tours was amazing. Our guide Luca was excellent, great communication, patient with us and professional. He provided an awesome guide, Anna for our tour of Pompeii.. We would highly recommend World Tours when visiting Salerno, Pompeii and Sorrento Italy. They are the best!!!
We had the best day visiting sorrento and Pompeii with our guide Raffi. Everything was seamless and not too rushed. It was so beautiful and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a mix of history and shopping in a cute town by the sea with wonderful views

Clemente and our driver, Franco were great. They took excellent care of our family group from the teens, 15 & 17, their mom and us old folks too, 76 & 80. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day with lots of fun and information.

Did this with Sandra from World Tours and bus driver Giovanni off of our cruise ship. Excellent tour, was with eight other groups and a great job was done. Appropriate time in places and very little waiting around. Sandra was very personable and a great tour leader.

My friends and I enjoyed this tour. Federica was wonderful and she explained everything well and answered all our questions.!!!! Sorrento is beautiful and in Pompeii we learned alot. We had a full day and it was great. They got us back to the ship with enough time to venture around the square to get some pizza.

Federica our tour guide was very informative, friendly, and gave good tips through our the tour. Driver was fantastic as well. Sorrento was a sight to see for how beautiful it was. Pompeii was amazing as well and the guide there was very informative and humorous. The only part of the tour that wasn't the best was the included lunch. I'd rather have time and go somewhere that isn't catered to tourists. But I also understand you have a short window to get so much in a little time so large catered lunches are the solution. Just wish it was a bit better food wise. But I suggest anyone take this tour. You get the see two very different parts of surrounding Naples in one day. I wish we had two days because there is far too much to do in one day at Naples.
