Fun and informative! David was a great tour guide and seemed to know his Salt Lake City and Olympics history!
This experience was a highlight of our trip. I strongly recommend
Great experience, you don't realize how steep a sli jump really is. Loved watching the ski jumping into the pool.
Overall, this was a great excursion start to finish! Our guide was Ashley, and she was phenomenal! For whatever reason, we were the only 2 on the tour that day, so it was like a personal tour, but I feel that it would have been just as great with a bus full. (I don't understand why people wouldn't book this tour - it was just so good!) After taking the scenic route to the Olympic Training Center, we were fortunate enough to be able to watch some Olympic hopefuls practicing jumping off the ramps into the training pool - so cool! We also got to see the Nordic jumps, and bobsled and luge tracks that were used in the 2002 Olympics and will be used again in 2034. We then went to Park City. Ashley gave great recommendations of places for lunch and gave us an ample amount of time to wander up and down Park City's Main Street. She shared great information and really made the whole experience an awesome one!
Our guide, McKenna, was wonderful. Abby was with her and we enjoyed her too. McKenna was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed all parts of the trip. The Olympic training center was very interesting. The reason for the 4 out of 5 rating was that we only had 2 hours to visit the town of Park City and that included taking time for lunch. We just didn’t feel like that was enough time.
On time pick ups..knowledgeable guides...interesting sights to see and some free time to explore.
Jack was our guide for this tour and reached out to us prior to the trip via text. He informed us we were the only ones on the tour so if there was a particular area we wanted him to focus on for information i.e. mining history, or the Olympic Park. Jack was full of information, professional, and personable. We enjoyed the history of Park City, the Olympic Park, and This Is The Place Heritage Park. Highly recommend this tour.
Incredible tour of Olympic Park followed by an introduction of Park City and plenty of time to enjoy the shops and a restaurant. Guides both on our excursion and an additional one at Olympic Park gave us a memorable tour. Comfortable accommodations for the trip out and back.
We spent a wonderful, sunny Sunday in late February with our tour guide, Sonsari, at former Olympic sites in Salt Lake City and Park City and surrounding area! A snow storm a few days before our visit made all the more beautiful! We lucked out having Sonsari all to ourselves (2 of us), and her stories and Olympic knowledge were so enjoyable. We also had a tour guide (TJ) at the Olympic Museum who gave us an fantastic tour!
We have used more time at the Olympic sites John was a great guide and very knowledgeable and friendly. We had great weather
