Viaggeremo verso la città di Cafayate, la terra del sole e del vino, situata nel cuore della valle del Calchaqui, a 180 km dalla capitale di Salta, che percorre uno dei percorsi più impressionanti e rinomati del nord dell'Argentina. Visita al centro vinicolo della provincia, attraversando La Quebrada de Las Conchas. L'erosione ha formato una serie di meraviglie naturali come The Devil's Throat, un canyon profondo e chiuso. L'Anfiteatro (con un'acustica naturale perfetta), El Sapo, El Fraile, L'Obelisco, I castelli. A poco a poco, il paesaggio arido viene sostituito da ampie distese di vigneti fino a raggiungere una delle regioni più impressionanti delle valli del Calchaqui: Cafayate, una città di case a un piano tra architettura coloniale e barocca della fine del XIX secolo.

Itinerario
Visita al centro vitivinicolo della provincia, attraversando la Quebrada de Las Conchas. Percorso: Ruta Nacional 68 (Ruta del Vino); Valle de Lerma (Cerrillos, La Merced, El Carril, Coronel Moldes, La Viña (stop tecnico)
L'erosione nella regione ha formato una successione di meraviglie naturali come La Garganta del Diablo, un profondo canyon chiuso. L'anfiteatro (con un'acustica naturale perfetta). El Sapo, El Fraile, El Obelisco, Los Castillos. Gradualmente, l'aridità del paesaggio viene sostituita da grandi estensioni di vigneti, fino a raggiungere una delle regioni più straordinarie delle Valli Calchaquíes: Cafayate, una città di case a un piano tra il coloniale e il barocco della fine del XIX secolo. Quebrada de las Conchas: Più di 10 soste presso formazioni multicolori causate dall'erosione del vento e dell'acqua, come La Garganta del Diablo, El Anfiteatro, La Yesera, Las Ventanas, Los Castillos, ecc.
A Cafayate avrete l'opportunità di visitare una cantina e di degustare i migliori vini della zona. Anche se la regione fa sempre riferimento al Torrontés, il luogo ha un gran numero di ettari dedicati a uve rosse come Malbec, Tannat o Cabernet Sauvignon.
Visita alla città di Cafayate e a una cantina. Avremo 2 ore libere in città per pranzare ed esplorare. Un villaggio di case a un piano con architettura coloniale e barocca della fine del XIX secolo. (il pranzo e le bevande NON sono inclusi nel prezzo)
Torniamo a Salta attraverso la Quebrada de las Conchas sulla Route 68, facendo le soste che abbiamo saltato all'andata e attraversando questo bellissimo e unico paesaggio dell'Argentina.
Prima di raggiungere la città di Salta, facciamo una sosta tecnica a La Viña o a Talapampa per comprare uno spuntino o andare in bagno.

Our guide Jes was great she explained everything in a lot of detail in both Spanish and English, the views were breathtaking. However the bus did not have a functioning AC which made the trip unbearable, we also couldn't open all the windows so the temperature inside and the lack of air was horrid. Personally I also didn't care for the stop in the winery the guide there did her best to explain things in English but it wasn't very good. I understand Spanish and I booked this tour for the Quebrada so it didn't matter to me but if you are interested in that part be aware they don't really speak English.
Tour is great, the Canyon is beautiful and wineries on the other side is interesting as well Tour is done with care, pick up on time. All information is equally in Spanish and English, and the guide takes care so everyone feels good. Van was comfortable, seats had head support The drive is quite long, but road and driver is good. We left salta around 8 and returned around 7-9 as well

Terrible experience on the Tour to Cafayate with Quebrada Turismo which I booked with Getyourguide. Terrible communication with the company. They kept me waiting almost an hour for the pickup. When I informed the guide (Martín) that they had been delayed for a long time, he told me that he is only the guide, that the complaints go to getyourguide or Quebrada Turismo. Martín got all rude because I had complained about the delay in picking up. The visit to the winery is only in Spanish so for those who speak only English it is not worth doing it. The tour doesn't stop in all the viewing points mentioned (only in 4 of them). You just drive and see them as you pass The tour guide Martín was sitting adelites in the van reading the "script" only what we were seeing, little interaction with us. In short, terrible professionalism of the guide Martín and the Quebrada Turismo company
