Solo a titolo di riferimento, offriamo tour e servizi turistici nella zona di Puerto Madryn, Penisola Valdes e Punta Tombo con la valle di Trelew; concentriamo tutti i nostri sforzi nel fornire esperienze eccezionali a contatto con la fauna selvatica. Oltre al nostro ufficio nel centro di Puerto Madryn, abbiamo uffici anche in entrambi i moli della città e da 17 stagioni offriamo escursioni a terra ai passeggeri delle crociere. Tutti i nostri tour iniziano e terminano al molo. Queste tariffe includono un veicolo fino a 18 posti, con aria condizionata, guida turistica di lingua inglese e pranzo al sacco (panino con prosciutto e formaggio, barretta di cereali, 1 alfajor argentino e 1 bottiglia d'acqua); inoltre, puoi scegliere tra un pasto vegetariano o senza glutine. Per i tour non utilizziamo pullman. Se la nave non attracca, non addebitiamo nulla e se hai pagato in anticipo l'intero tour o qualsiasi tipo di deposito, ti rimborseremo il 100%. Se non ti presenti al molo entro 45 minuti dall'attracco della nave (NO SHOW) ti addebiteremo il 100% della tariffa

Area naturale protetta di Punta Tombo Questa Area Naturale Protetta è stata creata in quanto tale, nel 1979, ha un'estensione totale di 210 ettari, e può essere visitata da settembre ad aprile. La spiaggia è considerata un'area immateriale, e in febbraio la troverai piena di pulcini di pinguini che praticano il nuoto, specialmente nelle piccole pozze che la lasciano dalle maree. Lasciando Puerto Madryn, verso sud, lungo la strada nazionale n. 3, e dopo aver percorso 120 miglia di ghiaia, arriveremo a Punta Tombo, la più grande riserva continentale dei pinguini di Magellano (Spheniscus Magallanicus). Questo incredibile luogo ospita migliaia di pinguini di Magellano e ogni anno da ottobre arrivano al nido e fanno i loro pulcini. Guardare e proteggere il luogo è importante per rispettare i percorsi a piedi perfettamente progettati. Luoghi e orari di ritiro
L'orario di inizio di ogni tour è stabilito in base agli orari delle navi da crociera, quindi non appena la vostra nave attraccherà vi aspetteremo al molo, e anche non appena inizieremo il tour, sarà molto meglio tornare in tempo alla nave. siamo all'ingresso del molo con in mano un pallone blu Cercate di sbarcare non appena la nave attracca, in modo da poter iniziare il tour il prima possibile e avere più tempo per godervi il viaggio e tornare alla nave in tempo. Vi aspetteremo al molo, accanto alla nave, con un cartello con il vostro nome; anche la nostra guida turistica avrà in mano un palloncino blu, così potrete trovarci abbastanza facilmente. Vi aspetterò al molo e vi presenterò la nostra guida turistica. Dopo che l'equipaggio della nave avrà fatto sbarcare le persone, aspetteremo non più di 45 minuti per iniziare il tour. Vi prego inoltre di farmi sapere se avete qualche condizione medica relativa all'alimentazione, come l'intolleranza al lattosio o la necessità di alimenti privi di glutine, o se siete vegetariani, in modo da poter impostare il pranzo al sacco migliore per voi. L'orario di inizio di questo tour dipende dall'orario di attracco della vostra nave. Alle 07:00 è l'orario più tipico, ma iniziamo il tour in base agli orari della nave.

Both the guide and driver were excellent. Well informed and everything on time.
We did this tour through Shore Excursions and Costco. Instructions to meet guide and driver at the end of the pier were clear and guide and driver were waiting for us as expected. The vehicle was fairly comfortable and fit 13 passengers, mostly 3 to a seat. Board the vehicle early if you need a seat at the end of an aisle. The drive is 2 hours long with a brief bathroom break at the giant dinosaur stop about 40 minutes away. Nice, clean bathrooms. Another bathroom stop at the final location. About 20 minute walk to lookout on an uneven boardwalk. Some care required as a lady behind us suddenly tripped and fell. Penguins are everywhere along the boardwalk, so recommend to get to the lookout first and take pictures of all the penguins on the way back to the bus. Lunch was served at the bus or on the bus, if you took too many pictures and got back in the nick of time. It was a tasty sandwich, bottle of water, a brownie and a yummy alfajores. Our guide Claudio was very nice and shared some interesting information but did not speak the entire way. We felt very safe with our driver Renee.

Absolutely great tour. Pick up at pier was easy and convenient once we got off the ship. Our guide Mary was wonderful. Very friendly and informative. We could tell she was passionate about the penguins. Diego was a wonderful and careful driver. He got to and from the rookery safely and in plenty of time. The box lunch provided was plentiful and quite good. It fills the hole after being away from the cruise ship so long. Even with my limited eyesight and some mobility issues I was able to traverse the walkways. I’m so glad I did this tour.
Absolutely loved this tour, very well organised from beginning to the end. Mary our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Seeing the penguins was fabulous we would definitely recommend this tour.

Mary was an excellent host. Superb English and lots of advice on everything to get the best experience. Driver Carlos seemed very safe and courteous. Mary had a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna. Lots of unperturbed penguins close up and were pretty close to guanacos as well. Highly recommend 🥳
