Abbiamo scelto con cura le località in cui le condizioni del mare sono meno influenzate dal tempo. non è la stessa cosa che navigare lontano verso l'oceano aperto, quindi questo sarà ottimo per chiunque sia un po 'sensibile per il mal di mare, i bambini e chiunque non voglia stare lontano da Samui per tutto il giorno. Come ospite semi VIP prepariamo un sacco di espedienti, frutta fresca galleggianti piatti, patatine e bevande analcoliche servite a voi mentre nuotate e rilassatevi .. Firstly, the excursion was advertised as “semi-VIP”. I would like clear clarification on what semi-VIP actually means in practical terms. This description was a significant factor in my decision to book, yet the experience provided did not reflect any discernible level of enhanced service or comfort. In addition, the coffee machine was not available, despite being advertised. Since submitting my complaint, I have read multiple previous reviews raising the exact same issue. This suggests an ongoing and known problem, rather than an isolated incident, yet this was not explained or acknowledged. I also raised concerns regarding the lack of clear communication around timings throughout the day. There was little to no explanation given about schedules, durations, or delays, which added unnecessary confusion and frustration. This point has again not been addressed. Finally, the advertised inclusion of snacks (crisps/chips) was not provided. These are clearly documented as part of the experience. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and several important aspects of my complaint remain unanswered.
We knew we are going to get this review from you because we have declined your request for a full refund, Blackmail supplier is against the Tripadvisor policy. Semi VIP mean it is 50% of an overall vip experience, - Small group limited to 20pax max, rather the standard join tours that have 60-70pax per group. This allow more easy going tour that flow quick and we can provide more personal service and help for each participant. - A different time table to try avoid crowed in touristic areas as much as we can. - An extra stop to play water on isolated spot where we provide beach toys, fresh fruits and enjoy the nature of isolated beach. We are the only tour that park at that spot. - It also mean the use of snorkeling masks in different style and size so everyone can enjoy the snorkeling experience. - The semi VIP also includes everything so there are no hidden fees or extras you need to pay like an island fees, drinks or rental of equipment. - Semi VIP also mean quick departure process so once you arrive to the pier in just few minutes of short safety brief you hop on the boat on the way, not seating and waiting for an hour for all other buses to arrive packed with tourists. The time table, full itinerary is listed online, anyone can read it before booking. The time for pick up is listed online clearly and you also get contact details so its very easy to contact by phone, mail or chat to check about more accurate pick up time from your location. Sorry the coffee machine broke so we could not offer a cup of coffee before departure, but issue a full refund or getting a 1 star review for that seems not reasonable for us. Your tour included 14pax on a 25 seat boat. Very comfortable, lots of space and easy going. Everything was quick and easy to handle. Small group of 14pax only is a really semi vip style. Bottom line we've got a 1 star review from you because we did not provide a cup of coffee. We will consider and try to improve.
Great trip, boat was nice and the guides were brilliant bring out fruit platters while we were in the sea. Pig island was brilliant it was surprisingly clean considering how many pigs and dogs there were. Great trip.

The driver was 20 mins late picking up. We had no idea how to contact. So was about to give up when they turned up The guide on the trip spoke little English so we were never sure what was going on. Pig island was nice. Snorkelling was horrid as lots of weeds wrapping around your ankles and few fish. The speed boat trip was a good way to travel as very choppy sea but he rode with the waves so not too bumpy. On the way back we had to wait 45 mins for the driver to pick us up, so bit of a shambles really. No tea/coffee on offer as advertised and no beach games equipment provided.
Thank you for taking the time to review the Pig island snorkeling tour. This is not private it is a join tour so pick ups several hotels and waiting time up to 20min is normal. We did message you the evening before to let you know about the approx pick up time. When you book you get clear contact details include phone number, Whatssup, E Mail and full address as well, very easy to contact us if needed. Weather was not the best and it effect the Sea condition. Car for the way back there had an accident and had to wait for another car to arrive from another side of the island. We are unable to hold an extra car standby in place and this kind of things unfortunately can happen, we also can understand customer dont have patient to wait.
Booked a semi private experience, which actually had 4 different groups in! Full mini bus, Same size as any other activity, not private in any way. No real food at all, a few bits of melon is not a platter. No tea or coffee offered at any point. No clear instructions, safety briefing or itinerary run down at any point, didn't lnow what on earth we were doing for most of the day. First we were taken to a random pointless shore and told we would spend 40 mins there, nobody knew why & asked if we could snorkel, they said no. So everyone was just stood around in some shallow water confused for 40 mins. Then we finally were taken to a different place where we were told we could finally snorkel, but after 10 minutes they told everyone to get back on board! It was extremely frustrating & annoying. No toys/games offered at any point. When at pig island we were told to meet back at the boat at 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm some guy eben wrote 22:45 in the sand! No body had a clue what was going on..... And when confusion is brought to the table, people get fed up & don't want to get caught out by incredibly terrible instructions so we were all just wondering back & forth to the boat. Was a complete disaster of a trip & a waste of a day & money. Then after we were rushed back 45 minutes earlier than what was expected, we had to sit in some awful made up seating area for at least 30+ minutes for out mini bus to pick us all back up. Absolute joke, zero stars should be an option
Since you have tried to blackmailed us, refund or bad review and since this is against the trip advisor policy, we are not sure why it was approved. We can only hope readers will be wary about your review.
This tour is very convenient... we had a few stations and everything was fun we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommend

We provide fresh fruits platters, unlimited soft drinks and crisps on board. Our price also include all entrance fees to Pig island.
the place they take you swimming is full of trash, snorkeling was underwelming, the place itself is not really designated for snorkeling (not a lot to see besides stones and seagrass…from time to time you see some little fish in between) and they just tell you to get in the water, you have one hour to snorkel around… a guide or spotter would be helpful at least. Best part was that they wouldn‘t even have enough masks if nobody had brought their own equipment… one of the masks started leaking and they didn‘t even have a spare one. As I had seen enough after 30 of 60 min snorkeling, I lended them my mask. Pig island was nice. Exactly what we expected but not more than you get with any other crew… So all in all a 3 star trip at best. You can get the same quality way cheaper local. What made me deduct another star was the unfriendly staff at the pier. They had playful little puppies roaming around the place and there were some kids in the group who would have liked to play with them for some minutes or take some pics (we also tbh…it was quite the highlight of the trip) but they just told us sorry but you have to go now and gently leaded us out the area… I did some trips around the island and this was the worst one so far.
We sorry to see you didn't like the tour, however, your review misleading others bcz' for some reason you didn't mention all the extras that we provide that makes this tour better then others. Why you didnt mentioned that you were only 12 person on the boat that day? This is one of the best things ever bcz' in small group everything feels much more personal, compare to commercial tours that have 35-45-65 person on massive crowded boats. So yes, you pay a bit more but going with 12 person can never cost the same as going with 60 person! We travel with the boat to isolated spots that other commercial tours not go. A great spot for take pictures background of the unique Thai temple. We bring you to an amazing place for swimming in crystal clear water, provide floating baskets of fresh tropical fruits on the water, unlimited soft drinks. We provide beach/Sea toys for anyone who like to play, take pictures. This stop is in isolated spot where no others go to, in a shallow water and there is no beach( at the near island can see some rubbish that carried out from the Sea by the waves, but you not go there and you cannot say we take to swim in dirty place. The water where you swim are crystal clear, shallow, and sandy bottom that you can walk on and see all the way through the bottom of the Sea. After we go snorkeling at the biggest coral reef near Samui, there are other tours obviously and more boats snorkeling. Planty of colorful fish, stingrays, corals and more. Visibility can change every day, some will get lucky to have it clear and sometimes its not, we have no control over water visibility what so ever. We provide two types of snorkeling mask so customer can choose. Also we offer different sizes to match children, women and men. During the day we refill the fruits platters so can eat as much as you like, we refill the soft drinks in the fridge and we offer 9 kind of crisps on board, just for everyone to have a snack. This is just one more extra to give our guest a unique experience. Last is that on Pig island we cover the entrance fees included in our price. No surprises during the day with people jumping on you asking for money that you have to pay. Our boat known as all guest covered by us and the staff at the pig island knows not to bother our customers about extra payments😊 Anyone who want to book a real semi VIP tour with more personal treatment, small group only and benefit all the extras would choose to go with us🙏🏼
My mother celebrated 70. It was an amazing experience, we took care of everything and exactly as agreed. And most importantly, Mom was crazy! The ship's crew had services and took care of everything we wanted and asked.

The boys who drove the boat were charming and professional. We went to Ko-ten Island and we went to Norkelling not far away. The day ended with a picnic on the Island of Pigs. During the day there were snacks, fruit and light drinks as well as beer. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for the review and sorry to see you rate it only 4 stars😳 We do include isolated spots to enjoy the water, swim, take pictures and explore the nature around before heading to Snorkeling coral reef where there are other tours as well so it is more crowded on high season😊 We do try to arrive there after rush hour when commercial tours already left😊🙏🏼 We would appreciate to see some words about all the extras that we serve on board all day, the variety of soft drinks and crisps, beach toys and price covering the island fees as well so no additional costs when you arrive🙏🏼
Best trip on this island, very well organised, have been taken to the best spots for snorkelling! Very well looked after with plenty of soft drinks / fruit / crisps. Crew all lovely, shoutout to captain for providing guided snorkelling spots.
