I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Adriana, a true professional. Her technique was excellent—firm, precise, and incredibly effective at relieving my tension. She was kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I left feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be returning and can highly recommend her.
Massages were excepcional. The ladies were very accomodating and the environment was very relaxing! Highly reccomend!!

My prenatal massage at Essential was the perfect way to relax after a morning of walking and shopping around San Miguel. The staff was warm and friendly, and the massage was fantastic quality for a great price!

Very professional, clean place with very nice bath and shower to use with each Massage room. Massage was very thorough and masseuse was competent.

Luz was the absolute best with strong pressure (she will ask you up front). Very thorough with shoulders, legs, neck, back. Don’t hesitate to come here while in SM. It’s a beautiful and clean spa. The only issue was that there was not any hot water in shower afterwards, but I didn’t mention this. I was in an upstairs room which was very quiet.
