It was fun experience especially if it’s your first time visiting the city.The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave us time to venture out and answered all the questions regarding the city. I would recommend this one.
What a superb tour. Can’t sing the praises of our guide, Braden, highly enough. He was extremely polite yet easy going and conducted the tour in a light hearted manner. His knowledge of Grand Central was very thorough and he showed us to parts of the station we would never have found on our own. Once we had completed the tour of Grand Central, Braden escorted us to the Empire State Building and pointed out places of interest on the way. Very informative indeed. Once we arrived at the Empire State, Braden gave us our tickets and pointed us in the right direction and left us there. I initially thought that our tickets only allowed us to go part of the way up but I was wrong. We had the additional ticket which allows us to go to the observation deck on the 102nd floor. The views from the top of the Empire State Building are truly amazing and not to be missed. In a city that is very expensive, I would have to say this tour was excellent value for money and would certainly recommend it. There is a bit of walking involved but nothing most people couldn’t handle. Having an excellent guide like Braden helps too. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Once in a lifetime experience worth seeing the heights of Empire State Building and Train Station. Guide was great ! I would highly recommend!
Great guide named Lynda, Lots of information. Well worth the money to get a tour. Learned a lot about Grand Central Terminal and she pointed out details you would never see on your own. She also took pics of us with great backgrounds.

Our guide was amazing, unfortunately I'm terrible with names, he said he was the main guide I believe. Tall, younger white guy. He really did a great job showing us all around Grand Central, explaining the history and showing us some secrets of the terminal. He was very knowledgeable and passionate, definitely a great tour!!!
Best experienced with someone to aid with picture taking but just as much fun solo, lots of history to be learned
