- Il tour include trasferimenti dai punti di incontro nella zona centrale di Rovaniemi, zona di Ounasvaara, Arctic Treehouse Hotel, Invisable Forest Lodge e Villaggio di Babbo Natale. Se alloggi in un Airbnb o simili, ti comunicheremo il punto di incontro più vicino. - Tutti gli orari di prelievo sono soggetti a una differenza di 15 minuti a seconda degli altri partecipanti che partecipano ai tour. I clienti dovranno attendere il ritiro presso il punto di incontro comunicato da Wild Nordic. Si prega di presentarsi al punto d'incontro 5 minuti prima dell'orario indicato. Se il cliente non comprende nessuna delle istruzioni, Wild Nordic si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione del cliente sulla base di problemi di sicurezza e della necessità di comunicare in inglese durante qualsiasi situazione di emergenza.
- Nessun rimborso dei tour sarà effettuato se il cliente perde i servizi di ritiro a causa della mancata attesa nell'area di ritiro designata. Wild Nordic ha il diritto di addebitare spese ragionevoli derivanti da tale negligenza per seguire l'orario del programma.
- Il conducente di una motoslitta deve avere almeno 18 anni ed essere in possesso di una patente di guida B (auto) valida.
- La patente di guida deve essere valida nei paesi dell'UE. I clienti devono portare la patente di guida valida per partecipare alla guida in motoslitta. La patente di guida deve essere fisicamente presente e scritta a lettere romane. Nessuna versione elettronica consentita.
- Il conducente del veicolo è ritenuto responsabile per i danni causati al veicolo. Questo importo di autorischio è forfettario di 900 EUR per conducente/motoslitta/caso di incidente, senza eccezioni o riguardo all'entità del danno. Se il cliente acquista un'assicurazione da Wild Nordic per EUR20 (soggetta a modifiche come consigliato da Wild Nordic), la responsabilità massima del cliente sarà ridotta a EUR200 a persona. Non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità per lesioni personali o danni materiali derivanti da un incidente durante qualsiasi altra escursione che non comporti la motoslitta.
- I clienti sono caldamente incoraggiati ad acquistare un'assicurazione di viaggio personale (che copre l'assicurazione per le attività a cui partecipare);
- Se una cliente soffre di malattie o disabilità (come malattie cardiache, asma, diabete, epilessia, problemi alla schiena o all'anca) che potrebbero compromettere la sua capacità di prendere parte alle attività o che è incinta, deve prima partecipazione alle attività consultare medici esperti in merito alla loro idoneità a partecipare alle attività. Il cliente riconosce di partecipare alle attività da offrire nei Servizi a proprio rischio nel caso in cui soffra di tale malattia o disabilità o gravidanza.
- Se un cliente si sta riprendendo da una malattia o dagli effetti del consumo di alcol e/o droghe o ha avuto recentemente malattie o interventi chirurgici gravi, Wild Nordic si riserva il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione del cliente per motivi di sicurezza.
- Wild Nordic non sarà responsabile per eventuali oggetti di valore dei clienti lasciati nell'area pubblica durante la partecipazione alle attività.
- Le motoslitte hanno 2 posti e tutti gli adulti condivideranno le motoslitte a meno che non siano prenotate come guidatori singoli

Great experience. Our guide was Chris, Irish fellow. Very fun, there were two other couples in our group so a group of 4 snowmobiles total. Very positive, clear instructions, got to go fast. Speed limit of lakes and rivers is 80km/hr!! Definitely an experience worth participating in. Fun way to see the landscape. The provided outer wear is warm that goes on top of your winter gear/parka, I should have worn another pair of gloves under the provided mittens got a little cold and we went when it was "warm" out.
Absolutely thrilled with the experience we received with Chris and Marouso for the adults Snowmobiling. 3 hours of pure fun and speed. From going through the lapland forests to speeding along frozen lakes and rivers. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, cannot praise it enough. If you want adventure this is the trip while visiting Finland.
Loic and Jan were amazing guides. We were blessed with a beautiful, sunny, but cold day. The company does make it sound like they will scam you for the insurance (basically scare you into buying it) but what’s 20€ for piece of mind. No one in our group was charged for damages as there were no incidents. The clothing they provide was more than enough to keep you warm if you wear the proper bottom layers. We only got up to a speed of 77, but it had the potential to do more. We never took it out of eco mode when it has a sport mode but maybe it’s reserved for specific days/conditions, though we couldn’t ask for better given the time of year. The guides were always offering to take photos too so you could just concentrate on driving.
We did the half day snowmobile tour with Adrian today and it was outstanding! We have done a few tours with other operators previously and hands down, this was by miles the best we have ever done. Adrian was really professional and informative whilst making the trip great fun! Amazing landscape and top spec brand new equipment. The longer half day trip takes around 5 hours with an incredible lunch stop to warm up whilst enjoying some delicious food! Really allows you plenty of time in the beautiful surrounding and a great mix riding conditions. When we were looking for a tour operator Wild Nordic responded immediately on e mail, we’re super friendly and positive and answered all questions. When we arrived it was clear that the company and its team is focused of giving their customers a safe, professional and fun experience with nothing too much trouble. In a world where the art of customer service is dying, Wild Nordic are bucking the trend and deserve every success! Would recommend this company for any of your tour needs. Adrian was an outstanding guide but I am equally as sure all there other guides are as good when the company is run in such a professional and sustainable way!
We did the Thrill of Snowmobiling adults only tour and it was amazing! We had 3 full hours of riding the most beautiful landscape, varied terrain, speed and adventure. The tour was led by Loic and Adrian who were perfect guides and made a good day great. We had the pleasure of meeting some of the other guides/staff from Wild Nordic and must say what a lovely group of professional, helpful, fun and engaging people they all are. I would not hesitate to recommend Wild Nordic, this tour and these guides. Thank you again for an awesome experience.. K&K
Magical and spectacular experience. Axel, our guide, was very kind and professional. We traveled for more than 3 hours among beautiful views. Speeding across frozen lakes covered in snow causes emotions that stay on your skin.
The best experience of our visit to Rovaniemi. Chris our guide was just the best, his love of the area was infectious. He made sure we were protected from the elements correctly. Made sure we were safe, and the pace on the snowmobile was within what we felt was safe but ensured a thrilling few hours. The route through the forests, frozen river and lake were exhilarating. The views were stunning.
From the time we were picked up from the city centre of Rovaniemi to drop off, great organising and communication. We were dressed in warm suits, boots and gloves and given clear safety instructions. To start, we learnt how to drive the snowmobile, initially through the forest until we came to the frozen lake. A change of power and we were off, going as fast as we felt comfortable. There was never any pressure to go faster than that but boy did we fly along. We stopped to take photos and part way through to have a warm berry drink and biscuits. More forest and frozen lake. Approx 50k in total taking over 2.5 hours. The staff were fantastic. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our trip. If you are a Maverick, "I feel the need... the need for speed!" then this is the package for you!
I really enjoyed the adults only snowmobiling tour. It was great having a small group and we spent almost 3 hours out on the snowmobiles. George and Axel were great tour guides. We stopped a few times so they could check on everyone. It was -30C outside so they advised we wear all the clothes we brought and their overalls. It was perfect because I didn’t get cold at all. The city pickup was easy and the entire team was friendly. I highly recommend Wild Nordic and also recommend the 3 hour adults only tour. I did the 1 hour a few years ago and it was good, but I wanted more time. The adults only thrill tour was long enough we were able to get out of the lake and river which are more fun than snowmobiling through the trees.
Weather was extremely cold -32, but experience was great! But thank you our guide Jan was great, really friendly and adaptable to the situations we had!
