Your web site was easy to use for purchasing tickets. Your web site is not up to date on coordinating a meeting place. The map refers to one place, the description notes another place…..both are WRONG Please Fix Your Web Site!!! I was at the web site :45 early, we missed our tour, we made contact with each other :15 after tour time You need to improve

It was wonderful experience , First time in Milan and and had a perfect experience visiting Duomo ,of course with the wonderful Nicole ,she knew all history and was answering all questions!!! Highly recommended go to the tour with Nicole:)

Our excursion never happened . the original time 12pm was changed to 0900am in less then 24 hr. Well purchased train tickets from Rome to Milan way in advance. The train arrived to Milan at 0930 am. We were very upset and disappointed. We travel from Seattle to Rome. Took one day to go to Milan to only visit that particular church. Please refund our money back. It’s absolutely unacceptable , changing time and not accommodate the time that will work for us

The tour was terrific. Despite a train delay in getting to the tour, communication was excellent and we were able to make our tour. Our tour guide (Anna?) was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Her love for Florence was clearly evident as we toured the sites.

Beware, this trip is not as stated. At least not for us. There was no guide for rooftop. We were dropped at the elevator and told to meet back at the meeting point for church tour. We toured ourselves on the roof. No one pointed out anything, there was no guide. For the size of the tour in the church, this appears to be a point of confusion. In several places in the description, it says 15 people max. In others it was 25 or 30. The first reference was to 15 people...I booked and was willing to pay more for a small group experience. 30 is not a small.group. The description needs to be updated (may have been done, but I have screen shots) to be reflective of reality. And the tour operator was willing to refund me 25$ per ticket, but that means a one hour guided tour of the church was about 125$. Much better prices out there. First they tried to blame it on me not reading the description, then on me because of my booking the night before. None of that makes sense. When I said I would depute charges and write this review, they threatened legal action. They were fast to reply in what's app which I appreciate but this new tour needs some kinks worked out. Absolutely nothing elevated here!

I can't express how incredible the Duomo Walking Tour was! Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about Milan's history and architecture.
