Our guide never showed up. It took 3 calls in the confusion to learn that the tour had been canceled 3 days prior but, after having checked even the junk folder of my email, no indication to that effect. Luckily, another group was starting their guided tour with the same company 30min later and was willing to include us in their tour. So we did the activity as we had purchased it with the visit to the summit, but it almost never happened. It is quite disappointing service. We do not have the luxury of being able to reschedule for the following weekend when there is an unforeseen event without customer contact, and I could have done without this situation. It was lucky that another tour was taking place. We were very lucky to have come across this guide in this crowd of guides who solved our problem. For the tour itself, have good legs and a full water bottle and it is worth it. The visit to the summit is a must. Extraordinary view and our sky was clear. Regarding the question if I would recommend this experience below, the answer is yes but not with Viator

It’s terrible I was at the meeting point and nobody answer at the ruidos tower tour is not a serious company I do not recommended it

Good, but the guide did not speak French. I understand that the excursion was primarily in English, but in my opinion, it would be normal to have answers to our questions in French. When we climbed the stairs, he was far ahead of us; he could have accompanied us and ensured that everyone was doing well. My mother had to stop on the first floor, and he did not concern himself with it nor offer an alternative to take the elevator to the second floor. Be careful, in this excursion you must walk up the first two floors, which is not easy.

Poor Experience!
My experience was canceled due to poor visibility, however, the visibility was fine , I was promised a refund, but have not received it yet.
