I think this a really high quality cookingclass which I really liked! Reasons: - pick up at hotel - really nice people - small groups of 10 persons max - visit to market to get supplies - boatride and ride in the small basketboats - good explanation with good Englishspeaking guide - cooked 5 or 6 different meals - received several gifts. One of them was a cookingbook with the recepies of what we made. - perfect service!

Didn’t turn up for scheduled 8:30am pick-up and didn’t answer phone. Finally answered at 9:05am and said ‘we didn’t check our e-mails yesterday’ - tour was booked at 10am the day before. Said they would come in 10 minutes. Got a phone call at 9:45 asking whether we’d like to go tomorrow instead.

We went on this tour as part of our honeymoon, and we could not have been happier with it. Long picked us up at our hotel in the morning then took us to a local market where we were able to peruse the local meats, fruits, and vegetables being sold as well as pick up some food we would use for the cooking class. After that, we traveled to Long's family restaurant that was on the river where we paddled around in basket boats, one of which was piloted by his brother. Then, we took part in the cooking class, which was led by Long and his sister-in-law. Finally, we got to eat all the delicious food we made with them. This was an amazing tour, made more enjoyable because it was run by a very kind and accommodating family. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
