Nel pomeriggio, scendi a terra nell'antico villaggio di Viet Hai nel Parco Nazionale di Cat Ba per un dolce giro in bicicletta attraverso risaie e vicoli del villaggio e prova un massaggio naturale ai piedi di pesce nel torrente limpido. "An unbelievable tour at a fantastic price! Pickup was perfectly on time, and the island tour delivered on every single promise, from kayaking to the delicious food and drinks. Our tour guide was the highlight of the day—he gave us wonderful insights into the local fish farms and Vietnamese culture. It was inspiring to hear how he built this company through his own hard work. Outstanding service from a great team!"
Incredible cruises with a great guide
[ENGLISH] STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! This is a real scam I booked and paid for the complete tour through Eco Floating Farm Stay Cai Beo However the tour itself was operated by Cát Bà Eco Tourist The person in the photo was polite but dishonest He waited until I was on the small rowing boat at monkey island to tell me it was not included and I had to pay extra even though everything was already paid He took advantage of the language barrier At the end of the tour he tried to charge me again for the boat trip to the pier and for the shuttle to my hotel When I refused he ABANDONED me at the port 20km away from my hotel forcing me to pay for a taxi myself I contacted the agency on WhatsApp in French They made me wait for hours claiming they had to check everything only to waste my time and eventually told me "You have the right to do that" showing total disrespect MY ADVICE ALWAYS demand a written confirmation of what is included before the tour to avoid being scammed like I was Make sure everything is written down to protect yourself I am posting this review with 8 screenshots of our conversation as proof including their number and their official wristband [TRANSLATION] ABSOLUTELY RUN AWAY! A real scam I booked and paid for the full excursion via the Eco Floating Farm Stay Cai Beo However the excursion was operated by Cát Bà Eco Tourist The person in the picture was polite but dishonest He waited until I was on the canoe at Monkey Island to tell me it was paying off and claim extra when everything was already paid off He took advantage of the language barrier At the end of the excursion he tried to charge me the boat ride to the dock and the shuttle to my hotel Following my refusal he ABANDONED me at the dock 20km from my hotel leaving me to pay a taxi out of my pocket I contacted the agency on WhatsApp in French They made me wait for hours pretending to have to check everything before finally telling me "You have the right to do all this" showing total contempt MY ADVICE ALWAYS ask for an official writing of what is included before starting the excursion so you don't get fooled. Make writings to protect yourself as they try to extort tourists at the time of the canoe or return. I post this review with 8 screenshots of our discussion as evidence including their number and official bracelet
Fantastic time with the tour guides. Tony and T were so helpful and knew everything about the islands. Kayaking was amazing and all the stops were very interesting. 100% recommend!
