Questo tour safari di montagna del Dhofar di 6-8 ore ti condurrà in un magico viaggio sul lato orientale di Salalah, dove ti aspetta uno dei migliori paesaggi del Medio Oriente. Il Castello di Taqa è uno dei monumenti più illustri del Dhofar, costruito nel XIX secolo. Anche la spiaggia di Taqa e la città di Taqa saranno coperte in questo tour. Koofan House e Burj Al Askar sono anche a Taqa. La valle più popolare della regione del Dhofar, Wadi Darbat sarà la vostra tappa principale. Qui vedrai la cascata stagionale, una sorgente dove puoi fare canottaggio (kayak / pagaia / barca a motore) con vista sulla montagna della serie Jabal Qara. Visita Tawi Attair (pozzo degli uccelli) sinkhole. Jabal Samhan è il punto più alto del Dhofar, che si trova sopra i 4000 piedi. Anche se Taqa è famosa per il suo castello, Taqa ha anche un'ottima spiaggia ed è il posto ideale per osservare gli uccelli. La vista della città di Taqa è fantastica dal lato della spiaggia.
Questa è una vecchia casa, l'ingresso all'interno è facoltativo se vuoi pagare. E' buono anche da fuori. Il posto ha anche un negozio di souvenir.
Il castello di Taqa è uno dei monumenti più illustri del Dhofar, costruito nel XIX secolo. Le sue pareti sono state costruite da blocchi solidi di "Taqa Stone", un materiale calcareo locale composto principalmente da conchiglie e coralli fossilizzati. Potete vedere il pozzo, prigione senza tetto, area salotto formale conosciuta anche come majlis, camere da letto, cucina e negozi. In queste aree vedrai armi tradizionali, gioielli, oggetti per la casa ogni giorno e affascinanti vestiti colorati tradizionali.
Vista dall'esterno
Qui vedrete le cascate stagionali (se sono lì al momento della vostra visita), una sorgente dove è possibile pedalare a pedalate, kayak e motoscafi (in barca a proprie spese) con vista sulle montagne della serie Jabal Qara. Un viaggio a Salalah è incompleto senza visitare questa bellissima valle ed è uno dei luoghi più visitati nella regione di Dhofar. Puoi fare trekking da un punto all'altro della valle.
Tawi Atair Sinkhole Oman è il sinkhole più famoso nel governatorato di Dhofar (Dofar). C'è un trekking per andare al lato inferiore della dolina, ma richiede di essere fisicamente in forma per andare giù. Il viaggio verso l'alto ha bisogno di buona salute.

Fantastic experience, spacious, modern, comfortable car. Oman is a beautiful country and our guide and driver, Mohamed Ali was first class. Wadi Darbat is a cool oasis of a place which even at this time of year is a wide river but not full enough for the latter falls to run..It was a great day out.

Complete experience exploring East Salalah with lots of amazing stops. Spectacular views, Taqar castle, camels, Wadi Darbat, baobab tree, anti-gravity point, the highest mountain, Mirbat beach etc. All well organised with nice & friendly Omani guys. It's a must see tour once you are in Salalah 🤩🙂

Nice day out. Dry season so Darbar not the place to visit. Guide, Osama was very good but spend a lot of time on his phone when driving us around.

This was a very interesting tour,where we had the opportunity to see many different local areas. Our guide Mohammid Ali was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and had brilliant English. He was a local man from Taqah, which we visited, and was able to share alot of information about local customs and history. He was first class. Our only complaint is that the tour was advertised as 6-8hours and it was much shorter. We had seen everything on the itinerary after 4 hours and our guide kindly offered to take us to an extra town, Mirbat, to ssee the fishing boats and market. We saw some beautiful scenery including mountains, beaches and historical landmarks and many camels.

Nice trip. Well organized. Unfortunately, the pictures of Wadi Darbat are deceiving. This is what it looks like only in July/August. Now more or less almost no green. Waterfall dried up. Our guide Mohammed Qahour very competent and very nice. Always responded to all questions and extra requests. All in all, a good excursion that brought us closer to Oman. Country and people very nice and accommodating. It won't be the last trip.
