Very nice to be around the green áreas of Palermo and Recoleta , we enjoyed the ride , Luciano make you feel at home , he explain the history of the places and monument's along the E-Bike ride.
We had a great tour with Luciano! We were traveling with my two boys ages, 12 and 14 and it was exactly the right pace for them. They really enjoyed it also! It was really cool way to see the city on E bikes.
Great tour through the gardens and seeing sites you will miss from a hop on off bus. Dario was super friendly and answered lots of our tricky questions.
It was a lot of fun! Our guide was a great guy and gave us some tips for our time in BA. Definitely do again!
We had a great time with Dario! The tour was terrific on flat roads in the bike lanes. The pace was perfect for my husband who regularly rides and me who rarely rides. My husband chose to use a regular bike and I happily rode on the E-Bike. We learned a lot about Argentina and Buenos Aires on this relaxing tour. Dario is knowledgeable and answered a variety of questions on many topics that we peppered at him. There were only the two of us on the tour which made it extra special. We are in our mid-60s and found it to be a comfortable and fun ride. Highly recommend it.
The bike tour with Ricky was very fun! He was very personable and shared with us alot of history or Argentina and Buenos Aires. We learned about the ritual of mate and sampled it. Overall very easy biking through quiet streets of the city. Would definitely recommend this fun tour.
I learned a lot and had fun. He even always found us shade to stop and explain things. They even helped me find a place for this medical situation(not related to the tour).
Unfortunately we didn't make the tour due to a miscommunication from another tour operator I thought was this one advising a change of time. So not this tour operators fault, however they advised they had 6 free spots the next morning we could take (there's four of us), but said we would have to pay all over again, when I advised it wasn't reasonable to be paying that much for a half day bike tour, they dropped it to only 3 people having to pay. Given the tour was running the next day and they wouldn't have filled those spots, we think they could have been a bit more generous given the situation, but they just had no compassion. In the end we didn't take the tour.
Hello Kayla, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though—as you mentioned—you didn’t actually join the tour. We genuinely regret the confusion caused by another operator, a situation completely unrelated to us, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. When you contacted us, we offered you four available spots for the following morning. While those spots were open at that moment, they are not “guaranteed empty”: we sell them daily through multiple channels, and Viator/Tripadvisor does not allow replacing a missed tour with a new one at no cost when the situation is not the operator’s responsibility. Even so, we made an unusual exception by reducing the cost so that only three participants had to pay, trying to assist you as much as the system allows. We’re sorry that this alternative —which many travelers appreciate— wasn’t satisfactory in your case. In any event, we hope you enjoy your stay in Buenos Aires, and perhaps on a future visit we can welcome you and show you the city by bike. Warm regards, Luciano Biole Bike Explorer Buenos Aires
I was half an hour late (I went to a wrong address) so I fully understand that they had to leave on time with the rest of the group. No problem there. However, i was hoping to catch to them at the next stop or later, it is a 3.5 hours tour afterall. Seeing 3/4 or even half of it is still better than nothing! So I tried to call them but no one picked up. Then one of the people wrote to me that the other one will be in touch. He never got in touch. I finally wrote to them in the evening via Viator asking to get reimbursed and was denied. My main issue is that I couldn't join them later on and I guess to a degree that wasn't even partially reimbursed either. So in my view, lack of communication and poor customer service. Just know if you're in a similar situation (i.e. went to a wrong address, and it happens!) this is the likely scenario.
Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that you were unable to join the tour as planned. For all our guests, we provide the exact meeting point, GPS coordinates, photos, and automated reminder messages before the activity starts. Our tours begin on time in order to respect all participants and to follow the operational and safety guidelines required by Viator for group departures. Once the tour has started, our guides are leading a group on bicycles and cannot safely manage live phone communication while riding. For safety and insurance reasons, joining a bike tour mid-route is not possible, as the route, timing, and responsibility for the group must remain consistent from start to finish. Regarding refunds or alternative solutions, we always follow Viator’s official policies. All refund decisions are handled directly through Viator’s system, and we comply fully with their guidelines. We truly regret that the experience did not work out for you on this occasion, and we hope you will have the chance to explore Buenos Aires with us in the future under better circumstances. Warm regards, Bike Explorer Buenos Aires
Had a wonderful tour with Luciano around the Palermo and Recoleta neighborhoods. Riding a bike is a great way to see the area in a short time. Highly recommend. One guest took their night tour and really enjoyed that as well.
