Good tour, knowledgeable and nice guide, organized and provided detail instructions for meeting point
The line for people without tickets is crazy long. With this, we went inside in minutes. The audio guide is very easy to use on your phone—just remember to bring your own earphones! It’s a great, stress-free experience.

Hard to find the location don’t even get a ticket you have to find a representative on the street to give you a voucher and convert into a ticket confusing not a great system

We had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Julio, was informative, kept us entertained during the wait to enter and throughout the tour.
Not worth paying for. You are in the same LONG line as everyone and admission is free to the public. There is no benefit to take this tour
The tour fee is not only for admission, but also for the guided experience. During the visit, the guide provides approximately one hour of detailed information about the church, its art and architecture, and the history of Florence, which many visitors find valuable and enriching. Regarding the queue, waiting times are typically well managed and generally do not exceed 20 minutes. We appreciate your perspective and are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations
Exactly as it says on the tin. Our guide Guolio was engaging, knowledgeable, jolly and considerate to the groups needs. He told us about the history of the outside of the Duomo and once inside the history of the inside. Thank you we enjoyed it
