Sunrise hike If I could give this experience a rating out of 10, I would give it a 20/10! If you’re looking for a breathtaking experience, I highly recommend booking with these guys. As an American traveling through Brazil, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They spoke English, were incredibly kind and welcoming and made sure we had nothing but a great time. For the price, the experience you get is truly unbelievable. I’m extremely grateful I had the opportunity to meet Andrew and Henry. Thank you guys again for an amazing experience. you truly made my trip! When I come back to Brazil, I will definitely be booking another trip with you guys. I couldn’t recommend them more!

This was by far my favorite activity in Rio. Ricardo was the absolute BEST! He was so knowledgeable about the area, pointed out all the wildlife, and was just fun to hike with in general.

Henry was super kind in the organization and Andrew is an exceptional guide, he guided us perfectly and was super helpful especially with my father who had difficulty on the climb up the mountain. Fantastic experience, the most beautiful view I have ever seen, I would definitely recommend it. No photo could capture what I experienced

The organizer Henry was super flexible with communication and the tour guide Andrew was knowledgeable, super kind, and helpful! The views at sunrise were amazing and no photo would do justice. I would 100% recommend. The trail should not be very hard for experienced hikers, and is quite short, though somewhat uphill. The motorbike ride is, as others have commented, perhaps not for the faint of heart though quite fun after you get used to it. The meeting point, Praça Vidigal was well populated with people preparing to hike, even before 4 AM, so no need to worry if you can get a ride directly there. Some advice: Bring separate fair for the motorbike taxi ride each way (currently R$10 each way). Our guide kindly broke R$20 for some of us, but it is easier to just come with R$10 bills. Also for those with numberless esims: don't be like me and download and set up WhatsApp before leaving your home country for easier communication.

Great experience, a cloud descended on the mountain right as the sun was about to rise, which hardly ever happens but it made the experience more unique imo. Definitely worth a try and make sure you dress warm for when you reach the top!

Really great guide, Henry took us for sunrise and the views were amazing! It was busy, but we got up there at a good time and had nice spots. There was probably 100+ others and lots without a guide. I was happy to have a small group, get up the mountain at a good pace (it took 55mins). Interesting conversation and lots of knowledge abou the city. You do need 20brl.

Easy trail to do, beautiful view of Sao Conrado, Leblon, Lagoa and Botanical Garden. Great company, attentive and experienced guide. I recommend!
