We were on the super yacht on Wednesday and had a wonderful evening! 🛥️✨ The staff was super friendly and helpful, the live music was great, and the view was simply breathtaking. The food was delicious, and there was also plenty of drinks, including alcohol. 🥂🎶 Three hours full of fun, good music, and beautiful moments. Thank you very much for that – we can really highly recommend the super yacht! ❤️
Absolutely loved every moment. Support prior to the embarkment was second to none providing immediate and detailed instructions via WhatsApp. Music was awesome and staff had great attention to detial. Highly recommend

*Beautiful scenery, but poor value for money – more of a party boat than a premium tour* The positive aspects first: The yacht itself was visually very appealing and in good condition, the DJ provided a great musical atmosphere, and Dubai at night is an absolutely impressive sight from the water with its illuminated skyline. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was not worth the high price, which is why we cannot recommend the tour overall. The lack of organization was noticeable right from the start, as no information regarding the schedule, food and drinks, or safety regulations on board was communicated. In addition, the inclusive services were very limited: Complimentary drinks were served exclusively on the top deck, while extra charges were applied for almost everything else – even for simple non-alcoholic mocktails. The food was also disappointing, as only a few individual mini-tapas were handed out directly, which were not convincing in terms of taste. It is highly advisable to eat something beforehand. Another point of criticism is the sanitary facilities, which were located inside cabins, were initially hard to find, and were also not lockable. Additional resentment was caused by a photographer who took pictures on board and subsequently demanded over €60 for digital delivery via email – a completely excessive price. The whole thing was rounded off by poor time management, as the boat simply sat motionless on the water for a full hour at the end. In summary, this tour is exclusively suitable for singles or groups of friends who are in a party mood and primarily want to drink alcohol. For families or couples looking for a nice experience, the excursion is unsuitable. For what is ultimately offered, the price is simply too high. A real shame.

Last minute they changed the location and the boat, but were very communicative about it. The food was amazing, the staff very welcoming - even though they made us take off our shoes (felt like someone was going to steal our Loubs). We met a particular crew service woman - Betty - who was just phenomenal. She realized that we were a bit uncomfortable being American and a gay couple and welcomed us with arms wide open. They accommodated my husband's non alcoholic preference. Betty ensured that given my husband's non red-meat preference she brought over the apps to us first to ensure he enjoyed the experience. The only downside of the experience were the other guests. Some got incredibly intoxicated and made fools of themselves, some were just rude and entitled, but that is no reflection of the operations or the tour, but ensure you stay clear of those folks.
