Photo Stop: Jumeira Beach è una spiaggia di sabbia bianca che si trova e prende il nome dal quartiere Jumeirah di Dubai, sulla costa del Golfo Persico.
La Moschea Jumeirah è la moschea più fotografata di Dubai. Mentre le fresche pareti bianche sembrano grandi contro un cielo blu chiaro durante il giorno, arriva al crepuscolo per gli scatti più spettacolari dell'esterno. Successivamente visiteremo la Islamic Art Gallery

Successivamente avrai la possibilità di attraversare il torrente in barca nell'autentico "Abras", godendoti lo spettacolare paesaggio urbano mentre ti dirigi verso il quartiere di Deira, che ospita i più grandi suk di spezie e oro di Dubai. Visiteremo la Bur Dubai Abra Station e poi saliremo sui taxi d'acqua e attraverseremo il canale d'acqua
Il Dubai Mall è la destinazione più grande del mondo per lo shopping, l'intrattenimento e il tempo libero, situato accanto all'edificio più alto del mondo, il Burj Khalifa. Con oltre 1.200 negozi al dettaglio, due grandi magazzini e centinaia di negozi di alimentari e bevande, il centro commerciale copre oltre 1 milione di metri quadrati, equivalenti a 200 campi da calcio.
La nostra guida ti indirizzerà verso l'ingresso del Burj Khalifa, dove andrai in cima al Burj Khalifa e vivrai un'esperienza a volo d'occhio di Dubai
Quindi proseguiremo verso sud sulla strada di Sheikh ZAYED fino a raggiungere il punto di ingresso di Palm Jumeirah, un'isola a forma di palma con vista panoramica sul golfo arabo.
Attività Monorotaia (sospesa fino a nuovo avviso): sarete quindi trasferiti su una Monorotaia, che è un altro modo di trasporto che collega la terraferma con l'isola artificiale, a parte la carreggiata. La monorotaia corre lungo il tronco del Palm Jumeirah collegando la stazione Gateway all'ingresso del Palm all'hotel Atlantis all'estremità opposta. La Palm Monorail è un buon punto di osservazione per vedere la Palm Jumeirah e la corsa offre una buona vista dell'isola.
Marina Walk: Successivamente procederemo e la nostra prossima fermata sarà nella nuova marina di Dubai, dove si trova "The Walk", uno spazio aperto con numerosi rinomati ristoranti, caffè e boutique. Infine, il tour attraverserà le torri del lago Jumeirah città nuova di zecca e si concluderà nell'area BARSHA al Mall of the Emirates, dove si trova una delle stazioni sciistiche artificiali più grandi e affascinanti del mondo.

The tour was well organized and hit all the major sites, except for the tour of the top of the Burj Kahlifa. First, it is not the top of the building but only the 124th floor, which is not the highest floor. Second, the tour stated that we would go to the observation deck and then have time for lunch and shopping; by the time we waited over an hour to get to the top and see the views, when we came down there was no time left. This was poorly planned and the wait time should have been factored in when discussing the meeting time and place afterward. When I raised the issue with the guide, he advised me that the tickets were premium and that we hadn't waited as long as other tickets would make us wait. He suggested that we run and get take out, which is unacceptable as there are no washrooms on the bus and the tickets had expressly stated there would be time in the mall to see the fountains and get a bite to eat and/or souvenirs. After significant persuasion we were granted an additional half hour to the original plan. I think it was so that the driver didn't have to drive in rush hour traffic. Of note, one of the stops on the tour was to a carpet store, which took half an hour to 45 minutes; this could have been deleted from the itinerary as the products were extremely pricey and took away from the sightseeing time. The bus was comfortable, the driving was professional and the photo op times at various sites was adequate.

I recently booked the "Dubai Panorama: Full day with Burj Khalifa" tour and had an absolutely wonderful time. The itinerary is packed with highlights—from the cultural atmosphere of the Spice Souk and the Abra ride to the breathtaking views at the top of the Burj Khalifa. A special mention must go to our guide, Rahim. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts at every stop, but more importantly, he was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire day. He really went out of his way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. If you’re looking to see the best of Dubai in one day, I highly recommend this tour, and if you get Rahim as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Here is a bigger and more aggressive version: Absolutely terrible experience with Grayline. This was not a real tour — it was a commission-based shopping trap. At almost every single stop, it was obvious that the company was more focused on earning commission than giving guests a proper sightseeing experience. We were taken to specific shops and pressured to look around and buy things, wasting valuable time that should have been spent exploring and learning. The guide barely focused on providing useful information and instead kept directing us toward places where they clearly benefit financially. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. When you book a tour, you expect quality service, good information, and a well-planned itinerary — not constant hidden sales tactics. I feel completely disappointed and misled. This company cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. I strongly do NOT recommend Grayline to anyone. If you want a genuine tour experience, stay away and choose another company.

Rizwan was a very helpful and friendly guide. He took great care to make me and another lady (who were the only ones on this trip) very comfortable. Was very patient and took pictures for me which is something I really appreciate. He showed us all the main attractions and gave us ample time to see them Overall had a great experience with him as the tour guide.
