I went on the dinner show cruise and it was a great experience! The staff member were very friendly and welcoming, the dinner buffet tasted super nice and the view just amazing. Thank you for the great evening
Great but only for the view. Food without flavor, no choice and few quantities. We didn’t even have tea and dates at the end, only half the boat was served...

Great tour to explore the Dubai creek . One starts from al seef . That alone should be seen. Easy tour but really a lot to see
A nice sightseeing tour. We were given a friendly welcome and saw a lot on our trip. The boat dock was very easy to find. Right in the al seef. The tour lasted 1 hour. We would gladly do it again

If you must book this cruise, arrive early, as the boat is extremely difficult to find. Even after getting directions over the phone, I struggled to find it. Billed as an hour-long cruise, it was closer to 30 minutes. The boat travels up and down the Gulf, paralleling the Marina, but it does not enter the canal. A decent route but far from the most interesting.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kindly be aware that our 1-hour sightseeing cruise has a duration of 60 minutes, during which we cover various landmarks such as Ain Dubai, JBR, and other skyscrapers in the Marina area. Additionally, music is provided on board for your enjoyment. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are unsure as to why a negative comment was received regarding our route.
We took the 3pm cruise around Marina but it there seemed to be no planning or coordination. It took off 25 minutes late, the staff sent us to three different boars before deciding which one was the right one, there was zero communication from anyone. The staff was preparing the tables and boat during the whole excursion,presumably for the more popular evening shows, and it just felt like the afternoon spots were just a way to monetize the time while staff was doing prep. The tour company should not be running these afternoon trips if they're not going to prepare for them.

Very disappointed as we were unable to find location. Had a taxi from downtown Dubai and arrived just after 3pm. Information on marina told us 20 mins that way. Next another information told us 25 minutes another way
