Luoghi e orari di ritiro
Tutti gli ospiti vengono prelevati direttamente dalle hall dei loro hotel nel centro di Dubai. Chiediamo gentilmente ai viaggiatori di essere pronti almeno 10 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro. L'autista indosserà un distintivo e porterà i dettagli della prenotazione dell'ospite. Inoltre, l'autista invierà un messaggio WhatsApp per confermare il suo arrivo nella hall. In questo modo, gli ospiti possono facilmente identificare e incontrare il loro autista. Il ritiro non è disponibile al di fuori dei limiti della città di Dubai (ad esempio Sharjah o Abu Dhabi).

We never got picked up at hotel so do we get refund? Why did we not get contacted as we were so looking forward to it?
We were picked up with a 1,5 hour delay meaning we arrived late and it turned dark very fast, meaning we did not see anything or could take good photos. What was the worst was that we had to interrupt our tour and a guy came and put a falcon on my daughter and encouraged her to take photos. In the end she was requested to pay AED110 for this "experience" she never has asked for. The quad bikes are not the ones shown in the picture and the skyline from Dubai could not be seen either.
Incredible activity! The quad bikes were so fun! Had never used one before but it was very easy to drive. If we ever got caught in the sand then our guide would come back and get the bikes out. Our guide Younis was very friendly and led us on a great tour of the sand dunes. Also, the organisers were very helpful and flexible in arranging are transfer to the desert.
Unforgettable Desert Adventure! I had an amazing time with Triponix Travel! Everything was perfectly organized — from pick-up to the thrilling ATV ride in the desert. The team was super friendly and made the whole experience so much fun. Totally recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!
